    CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME

    THEORY FOR SMALL

    BUSINESS OWNERs

Everything starts with you as a small business owner. If you were to hand out business cards of yourself, without your company name, logo or title, what would your card say about you? Without your company image, how would you introduce yourself to a new group of people? Are you building a brand for your own self and legacy? This is all about you and how you are going to impact, the community, the country and the world. Whichever way you want to be seen, it is possible to begin that process now as you perceive it yourself. This is the process which can complement your company’s brand and yourself.

    INSIDE YOUR SMALL BUSINESS

As am writing this book, I predict and presume, everyone knows the environment in which to practice their businesses. I do assume that everyone understand how plants grow. Plants require certain things to grow successfully. They need biotic things like water, light, nutrients, a substrate to grow in, and often a suitable temperature. If these are not optimal for a plant, then its ability to grow can be reduced. They can also be affected by abiotic factors such as pollution. This theory applies to every organizations, associations, clubs, companies, etc and it’s important for small business owners to use the similar principle in their everyday businesses. Plants also face competition for light, space, and nutrients in the plant world can be ferocious. But how do you fight when you’re (literally) rooted to the spot? As you might already have guessed, plants are the greatest purveyors of chemical warfare. This again applies to small business owners to understand the theories and apply them appropriately in your competition world. Its important to note that most of the theories we have learned in schools, it does not matter what subject you did, you can relate to your everyday business. Now that you have read and considered some of the factors that can affect your business growth, it’s time to put your knowledge to work.

    TEAM RULES

Of all you learn here, remember this the best:

Don’t hurt each other and clean up your mess.

Take a nap every day, wash before you eat,

    Hold hands, stick together,

Ask before you make a final decision.

And remember this that, you achieve better if you work as a team. First the root goes down, if you work as a team and then the business grows better with team
