Introduction.jpgThe main purpose for this relationship guidebook is to empower and raise individuals’ awareness about themselves and what you, as a separate individual, really want and expect from a relationship. It has been designed to promote healthier, more compatible dating habits and better relationships.
Furthermore, this guidebook transcends across all boundary lines—such as economic status, education, culture, class, gender, age, religion, disabilities, political affiliations—because as humans we all need love and respect in a relationship.
This guidebook will give you the tools you need through the acknowledgment of a stronger sense of self. Once the inner you has been revealed and acknowledged, then the healing process can begin. The knowledge of becoming more aware and familiar with who you are as an individual will make the process to become the best person you can be easier and will serve as a prelude to what type of person you are and who you are more compatible with in a relationship. Furthermore, this relationship book will also guide married couples to a better relationship in their marriage.
This relationship guidebook will give you the empowerment to achieve your ultimate dreams and aspirations to a better you and a better relationship. In addition to finding your soul mate or keeping your current soul mate bedazzled, you will discover intrinsic happiness and contentment. Inner happiness will allow you the perfect opportunity to find the type of love that’s right for your personality and your expectations.
As you develop the skills to become a better you, you will discover more improved relationships with others. The better you feel about yourself, the easier it will become to find someone who understands you and gets you without all the hard work of trying to change someone into who you want them to be or trying to change who you are for the benefit of the other person. The same method applies for rekindling your current relationship.
Thanks to this guidebook, you will no longer have to do the guesswork; you will know exactly what you want, and you will proceed confidently and optimistically in your life as you find your desired partner. If you are in a current relationship and you would like to spruce the relationship up a few notches, then this guidebook will be perfect for you and your partner as well. The guidebook will first take you through some self-awareness stages so that you will explore who you are and what you need to improve upon as a better person in your current or next relationship. Second, the guidebook will give you the tools to strengthen the positive persona in you.
During the five self-analysis stages, you will become aware of your shortcomings as you work through these challenges. The more genuine you are to your inner self, the more empowered you will become as you start to accept your uniqueness and challenges. There are several stages of self-analysis that lead to a better understanding and a stronger sense of self.
Stage one consists of self-awareness. This stage is the most crucial stage because you are now knowledgeable of who you are and what you want to improve upon or perfect within your persona. In order to further your developmental growth, you must be completely honest with yourself, which will enhance your goals of self-improvement. The self-awareness stage is where you become aware of your behaviors and challenges. In fact, the more honest you are with yourself, the better your results will be in finding the real you and your soul mate.
Stage two is the self-acceptance stage where you are cognizant of the real you. This is the stage where you are aware of your worth, and it’s entirely up to you to accept who you are and/or make any changes to improve upon in your psyche. More importantly, you will never have to experience self-deception because part of your growth is realizing your limitations and understanding the reasons behind your behavior in certain circumstances and why you react the way you do when issues arise in your relationships. For example, if you are the type who falls in love immediately after you meet someone, you might want to work on slowing the adrenaline down and try getting more acquainted with the other person. Taking time to get to know the other person just might prove to be a healthy relationship, depending on your expectations and the other person’s relationship expectations.
Stage three is the power of self-development, which is the growth and development one has achieved from becoming aware of challenges as well as developing the strength to move past and beyond the negative issues of past relationships. The moment you make the decision to become a more emotionally healthier person, your developmental growth has began. You will use your inner strength to empower what changes or fine tuning you would like to improve upon in order to achieve a healthier image of your inner self. Be sure to pace yourself because change is a process, and it is worth the time spent in achieving your objectives. You will be the first person to see and feel your developmental growth improvement.
Stage four is self-control, which will come from an inner strength that will develop from your desire to control impulses that in past relationships
