DEDICATION
Firstly, I dedicate this book to the Most High God, who is the Creator and the Chief Director of the universe and all the businesses in it. He is the source and the sustainer of all businesses, the One who makes all things possible in the world of business and without whom nothing is possible. And secondly, to my beautiful wife - Pastor Theresa for being understanding and sacrificial enough to always be by my side. Tessy, you mean so much to me. I wonder how life would have looked like without you by my side.

PREFACE
Every business which is work relating to the production, buying, and selling of goods or services, depends on selling which has so much to do with customer relations. On the 26th of March, God told me that, one area business men and women do have problems is the way they relate with their customers. And that is what gave birth to this book.
God is not happy about the way most people are failing and crying in business due to lack of customer relations skill. That is the reason He has sent me to impart a special grace upon my readers (through this book), which will produce the needed skill and long awaited change in their businesses.
Friend, get ready, because your time for uplifting in life and business has come. God told me that, the anointing (divine power) for prosperity and success is with me to bless his people. He said He called me to bless me, so as to bless others through me. He also told me that rivers of blessings shall flow to people through my books. And recently, He told me He is going to release wealth upon His people. I am certain that you will receive this blessing as you read this book.
INTRODUCTION
The success of any business lies on the way its owner relates with his customers, and the failure of any business lies on the same. This is because the reason for your business is the customers. You are there to meet their needs. So, how many of their needs you meet and how well you meet them, is what is going to determine your success.
It’s true that God is the One that blesses, but there are principles God has laid down for you, by which you can provoke the release of his blessings. One of such principles is, Don’t be self seeking or selfish in business, but seek the interest of your customers, and offer to them a valuable service for which they will be glad to pay a price that will allow you to make a profit.
Failure to understand and work by this principle will lead to failure in business.
We have so many people who claim to be in business, and yet have little or nothing to offer that can meet the needs of their customers. And the irony of it is that these same people continue to expect patronage and demand monies from customers whose needs they are unable to meet. They even go on to expect success, or pray for God to prosper their businesses that have little or nothing to offer to customers.
I heard a preacher of the gospel told of how a young business man, who is into furniture making, came to him for prayers and complained that witches are working against his progress in business. So he said, after praying for the young business man, he decided to give him a job to do. But when the young man was through whit the job, he saw that the job that the young man did was so bad that he concluded that it is only an enemy who is in need of a furniture maker he can introduce to the young man.
No matter how much you pray for God to give you customers, and no matter the number of customers you see coming to do business with you, if you cannot meet their needs or handle them as you should, you are bound to lose them. Remember, God cannot give you what you cannot handle (1 Cor. 10:13). So, if you want God to bless you with customers, you must prepare yourself enough to meet their needs or handle them as expected.
I have learnt that, it is hard to write, harder to produce a book, but hardest to market it. (We thank God for the marketing organizations that have made it easier). In the same way, it is hard to discover a talent, harder to develop it into a skill, but hardest to market it. It is hard to get raw materials, harder to process them into a product, but hardest to market them. Also, it is hard to get the capital needed to start a business, harder to start the business, but hardest to market its products and services. This is so because the real business is not in the discovery of a talent or its development; is not in the raw material or its procession; neither is it in the capital or the business it is used for, but in their marketing. Of what use is a good skill that cannot sell? Of what use is a good product that cannot sell? And of what use is a business that cannot sell? Someone had said everything depends on selling.
No matter how good a skill or product or business may be, if it does not sell, its purpose will be defeated. This is what makes the customer very important to any business. The customer is the market to any business. He is the one that buys to keep the business going. But it’s so unfortunate that many business people gets into business without first of all learning about who the customer is, how to win the customer, and how to keep the customer. This is one of the major reasons for business failure and tears. I believe this is what God had in mind when he gave me a vision in which I saw many business people doing businesses in darkness.
The reading and practicing of the principles
