The book deals with seven areas of life that is vital for a child’s early development into a balanced teenager or adult.

PRACTICAL EXERCISES

The secret is to create and strengthen the association with every object;

I can: Give them a soft drink can. Teach them the very basic skill of training their minds to think in terms of how can I instead of I can’t.

Mirror: Give them a mirror. Let them look at themselves and say I am pretty

Sun: Let the child put his hand in the sunlight. Have him say life is fun

Water: Let the child wash his hands and say I am precious, I am life, and I love life

Health: When the child eats a fruit remind them to say I am healthy

I eat healthy food, I love to play

Tree: Have the child touch a tree and
