This book is based on the timeless principles of affirmation and visualization as taught in the Bible. When these principles are taught to our children and they are able to apply them in their everyday life they will experience great results.
The book deals with seven areas of life that is vital for a child’s early development into a balanced teenager or adult.
PRACTICAL EXERCISES
The secret is to create and strengthen the association with every object;
I can: Give them a soft drink can. Teach them the very basic skill of training their minds to think in terms of how

Mirror: Give them a mirror. Let them look at themselves and say I am pretty
Sun: Let the child put his hand in the sunlight. Have him say life is fun
Water: Let the child wash his hands and say I am precious

Health: When the child eats a fruit remind them to say I am healthy
I eat healthy food

Tree: Have the child touch a tree and
