About this ebook
Who Am I? Is a little book for anyone who is feeling lost, not themselves and needs a gentle nudge in the right direction.

Liz Bell
Liz Bell: Author, Media Performance and Life Coach. In 2010 while listening to an all too familiar story from a colleague, Liz realised more and more of the people around her were consistently burnt out and stressed. This led to a swerve away from her then-career path and started a 5-year quest in retraining. First, she studied Psychology and became something of an expert in body language. In 2012, she achieved Licenced NLP Practitioner status, certified by Dr Richard Bandler and finally, went on to gain additional qualifications in hypnotherapy and transformative life coaching. She has since co-developed a unique approach to coaching called The EqUa Approach® which helps clients find their balance, equanimity and be truer to themselves. Liz co-hosts a monthly podcast with her EqUa buddy Jo called 'Find Your Balance' and is launching an online coaching program to encourage those who are interested but a bit nervous to take that first step to helping themselves. Now she is also dedicated to writing coaching books that inspire and continue to spread the concept of The EqUa Approach® helping the readers find some balance in their lives through stories and techniques. Working with Balance Books Publishing she has two more books in development and hopes, later on, to introduce coaching fiction to her body of work as she feels stories are a great way of reaching and cleansing our subconscious in a gentler fashion.
