Part I
GOTTA WANTA LIVE A POSITIVE LIFE, MAKE CHANGES
People underestimate their capacity for change. There is never a right time to do a difficult thing.
When you change, the world around you changes. Sometimes in the winds of change we find our true direction.
No one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending. Think of change as an opportunity to transform your life because everything happens for a reason. When you are reluctant to change, think of the beauty of autumn.
If it changes your life, let it. Our only security is our ability to change. When you make changes in what you put in your body life and have the proper mind set, positive attitude you will become healthy, energetic happy and content. You MUST be ready to make some life altering changes, it is NEVER TO LATE.
You can’t keep blaming yourself. Just blame yourself once, and move on. Homer Simpson.
If we knock on the door until it opens, not taking no for an answer, our lives will be transformed as we step up into a higher awareness. James Redfield.
We are changed by what we read. Close the book and you are not the same person anymore. Because of what you just read, your understanding, your compassion for life, your ability to engage intelligently. Books help us grow
Pat Williams.
Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it. Buddha.
When our hope breaks, let our patience hold. Thomas Fuller.
Actually, if you understood the extraordinary gifts every single challenge in your life makes possible, even inevitable, you’d celebrate your challenges, new and old alike, as the omens that they are of new beginnings, spectacular change, and enhanced superpowers. Perfect for where you are. The Universe.
The kindest way of helping yourself is to find a friend. Ann Kaiser Stearns.
