    The New You Does Thirty Minutes Of Exercise Every Day

    The new you is going to do no less than thirty minutes of exercise, every single day.

    It doesn’t matter what kind of exercise; it can be walking, cycling, running, dancing, playing football with the kids, going to the gym, etc. It doesn’t even have to be extremely strenuous. You just have to be physically active for thirty minutes continuously.

    Don’t make it hard for yourself, or you will find it difficult to maintain your motivation. Choose to do activities you enjoy and vary them from day to day.
