Lindsey is a family medicine physician in Colorado where she lives with her husband and two children. In her primary care practice she sees patients of all ages and encourages a healthy lifestyle, which includes eating a whole foods plant-based diet. Lindsey and her family have adopted this lifestyle of plant-based eating as well. In addition to cooking new recipes, she enjoys reading, soccer, and exploring the outdoors- from her backyard garden to the Rocky Mountains.
