CAN YOU REALLY EAT 30 PLANTS A WEEK?

For years we’ve been told the importance of getting five a day into our diet and, hands up, it’s not always easy (who knew wine doesn’t count even though it’s made from grapes!). But now experts have taken things a step further, urging us to get at least 30 plants into our diets a week because there are trillions of microbes living in our gut, which all need different types of plant foods to flourish.
