About this ebook

This non-fiction book helps prevent oppression, depression, and suicide for people who have a relationship with Christ. In this book, the author has actually lived through all three of these traumatizing experiences and has overcome them but not without some profound realization that she was living in generational oppression in the 21st century, which had started before the 1900s.  The author also expressed her experiences of being a modern-day orphan, years of abuse, church hurt, identity issues, dealing with a dysfunctional family, and more. She discovers that the wars that are hurting her on the outside are also spiritual battles. Battling two wars at once is overwhelming, especially if you don't know it is happening or how to conquer it, in the middle of dysfunction. You may discover that you still have spiritual wounds that are not healed. Many people are still hurt from the pain and hurt of their past childhood experiences, which have not been adequately resolved. You may find comfort in knowing that you are not the only one who has experienced mental, emotional, or physical abuse. This book can touch you in any aspect of life, as you remain open for wellness during the mending process to complete restoration.

Many people believe that as long as they keep going, it is a sign of being a better person, but it does not. This is a false illusion that has captivated the body of Christ. If people do not take care of their mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional stressors, they will unknowingly be traveling down (ODS Blvd) while praying for help from God. It will seem as if God is late or didn't know your address, or even worst, it may make you feel like he hates you or doesn't care about your situation, which is so far from the truth. In this book, you will find extreme hope that will make you re-evaluated everything around you. What's great is that a person who may think that their life is excellent can even get something from reading this extraordinary book. I have found that sometimes in your most significant moment in life, it can still feel like there is a void there, which is unexplained. If that is you, then you are in the right place. Sometimes it can be minor things that can destroy the greatness in you; in this book, everyone can find help, solutions, and resolutions for their lives to recover.

  • Take your focus off of your inadequacies
  • Don't doubt who you are in GOD
  • Discover the truth, then change it
  • Faith starts with a big jump
  • Realize that your door of opportunity is never closed; you may just need to change positions.

You may ask yourself," how do I come out of this"  Alicia McIntosh believes that every person can evolve to a place of overwhelming gratitude for the journey and grace for the scars as people walk in the deep waters of glorifying restoration of the mind-body and soul from oppression, depression, and suicide.

This book is for everyone, young and old.  It is for those of us who know about being shattered and those of us who think we have it all together.  In reading this book, you may discover that you still have spiritual wounds that are not healed.  The pain and hurt of past childhood experiences may not have been adequately resolved.  You may find comfort in knowing that you are not the only One who has experienced mental, emotional, or physical abuse.  This book can touch you in any aspect of life, as you remain open for wellness during the mending process.  The author covers all aspects of healing during life's journey.

You may think you're in a good mental state and may not know there is an issue and may not know how to resolve it.  That was me.  In working with Alicia to complete this book, I continue to be blessed in the process by healing in areas of my life that I didn't even know were broken.  In working with Alicia, God answered my prayers in complete and total wellness.  This book offers practical steps that take a person from a place of brokenness to a place of health.

This book is about oppression, depression, and suicidal ideation in which I have lived through, throughout different seasons of my life and how I overcame it. The mission of this book is to restore anyone young and old, new or matured from all faiths, lifestyles and nationalities to join me in the mission to restore joy, hope, peace and a sound-mind to all mankind.

    NEXT STEP......

Please take this apology and place it in the places in your life where there was no acknowledgment of wrongdoing which happened to you.

    The Kingdom Apology

I'M SORRY BECAUSE OTHERS didn't see you through the pain.

I'm sorry that when GOD tried to touch you, it stung like a kiss of abandonment while smiling with great misunderstanding.

I'm sorry for the judgments that shined on you through the church community.

I'm sorry for the deception that seeps through the hallways.

I'm sorry for the distracted mother and left you abandoned to fend for yourself against a corrupt world that seeks your demise even when you sleep.

I'm sorry for the absent father that chose something or someone over you.

I'm sorry for the spouse that took you for granted whose love only shows hurt.

I'm sorry for the good intentions that were stranded at a dead end.

I'm sorry for the sisterhood; that only became jealousy and betrayal.

I'm sorry for the brotherhood who taught you that mediocracy was a blessing to keep you stagnated.

I'm sorry for the antiquated truths that came from spiritual leadership that was supposed to protect you.

I'm sorry for the lies that now feel better than the truth, which is supposed to set you free.

I’m sorry for compromises that have jeopardized the soul of your children.

I'm sorry for the ancestors who are now more concerned about looking younger than laying a legacy for future generations.

I'm sorry that you have felt cheated, robbed, smothered, oppressed, abused, misused, misunderstood, and depressed by everything or everyone whom you thought was safe.

I'm sorry that you feel like there is no safety in FAITH.

I'm sorry that your boundaries have been INVADED.

I’m sorry because you have encountered this from the church but grateful that you are still alive to seek the Kingdom.

I'm sorry that you were given the wrong addresses, SO I SPEAK OUT LOUD NOW

The Kingdom of God Address is as follows:

253440 Kingdom Blvd with the cross street 2129 Grace Sufficiency Lane.

Remember, the church is a place with many errors and even detours due to sickness of the soul and mind. However, the Kingdom is a place of wellness, maturity, grace, which abides effortlessly. It can be hard to find the Kingdom inside the church but believe that it is there and seek it out; the doorway will always show itself for those to chase it.

    SCRIPTURE: 2 CORINTHIANS 12:9, Matthew 25: 34-40

Now that we have acknowledged that there has been some wrongdoing on the other side of the fence by others, you can now begin to go through the different dimensions and seasons of your life in which now can be restored. Please don't worry or be scared because God covers you, Christ, the Holy Spirit, and of course, me with full support to your recovery at God's speed.

Take this time to write down the things which concern you the most. Start off small, only pick the top three concerns and build from there.

First, I want to acknowledge your bravery, grit, strength, and relentless determination to deal with your pain and seeking to get a breakthrough in your life. I know you may not feel victory right now, however, you are still standing. However, by the end of this book you will know without a doubt that you are victorious and will be proud to say, that you are on the pathway to thriving and not just surviving. I encourage you to allow yourself to feel and not be numb so your healing process can begin. Also write down the date you start your healing process. This is very important for this will be your official date in which you can celebrate every year, to remember from which you came and to remind you to keep going forward. Make it your own personal holiday.

Chapter 1: Out of my mother’s Womb-Hello Fear

CAN YOU REMEMBER THE first time you experienced fear, real fear that could not be explained, but you felt it and breathed it the same?  My first experience with anxiety was when I was in my mother's wound while enjoying her newfound marriage to my father. For them, it was frequent friends and parties, laughter and love, and of course, church on Sunday.  However, I felt uncertain, stressed, and still have the memory of being held by God in the warmth. I remember saying how I got to this darkness and that I don't remember signing up for this gig. Everyone has suffered some sort of trauma, incident, and consequence from being in
