    Erotica - Isa Adam

    over.

    Best Friend’s Handsome Dad

Who is that? Erica yelled angrily to no one in particular. The ringing of her phone had woken her up for the third time that night. She covered her head with a pillow eager to try and get the sound out of her head, but it didn't seem to work. Besides, there was no way she could ever go back to sleep now after that incessant ringing.

She got out of bed and covered herself with the yellow robe that was always on her bedside table. With a few more lazy yawns, she went over to answer her phone. The ringing had stopped when she got to it, but that didn't fool her into running back to bed. Her phone rang immediately just as she had suspected and she reached for it hesitantly.

What is wrong with you? Can't this wait till morning? she yelled into her phone eager to get it all done with.

Erica? the caller asked shocked by her reaction.

Justin, she yelled the familiarity of the voice hitting her. She tied her robe almost dropping the phone in the process but then realized how ridiculous she was being when she was done.

I'm sorry to bother you, he apologized after an awkward silence.

Of course you're not bothering me. I was awake all along, she lied and her voice went higher as she did. How should she have known it was him.

Really? I would have thought you would have answered my call so long ago if you were, his tone was accusing and a red shade immediately crept up her face.

So how can I help you? she asked trying to evade his question. She suddenly realized that her anger had somehow disappeared.

I was wondering if I could see you now, he asked so sweetly that she knew she couldn't possibly refuse him even if she wanted to.

Of course. Where did you want to meet? she asked.

I'm at that coffee shop you like, he replied and she couldn't stop herself from grinning. She hadn't expected him to remember anything she said. She chastised herself immediately remembering how inappropriate she was being. She was probably reading too much into it. There was no way a guy like Justin would like her. He was old enough to be her father anyway and so had probably taken a fatherly interest in her.

I'll be right there, she replied and hang up immediately feeling like a bigger fool for falling for an older man's charms. She should never have answered her phone. Now she would have to forgo her long needed sleep and head right to the coffee place.

Erica took her time dressing up. She wanted to look great when she finally saw him. Never mind that it was still early and she wasn't expected to look anything but sleepy at that time of the morning. She looked herself over briefly in the mirror and was pleased by the result. She looked good but not too good so that he would know that she was trying too hard to impress him. The coffee place was a bit far so she had to drive fast to get there in time. She hoped he wouldn't be too impatient waiting for her and just get up and leave.

She groaned at herself angrily. She wondered when she had become this kind of woman. The kind that was always trying desperately to please a man and was always at their beck and call. She had been like this for a few months now ever since Justin had come back to his daughter's life. She had tried to ignore her feelings at first and had successfully avoided him for months until he called her. It had been so unexpected and she had agreed to meet him out of curiosity. She tried to keep their relationship cold and distant for her own sake. That didn't last very long however and soon, she was talking to him like he was her new best friend.

Erica knew her best friend wouldn't be too happy about her speaking to her father. The man who had abandoned her and her mother when she was a few days old for another random woman just because he had been afraid of commitment. She had never seen him until he had showed up at her doorstep. All her life, she had only seen pictures of what she knew was her father and it had devastated her as she grew up. Kylie hadn't had a positive role model in her life in her early years. That was until her mother got married to a man much better than Justin could ever be. Up until then Kylie had had trouble being a part of anything. She had always had a notion that nothing could ever last for her. She has become a mess. She was rebellious always doing things that would push away the few friends she had. Her step father had taken her under his wing as soon as they had met and had taken care of her as if he were her own. He had taught her most of the things she knew and had loved her more than she had ever thought possible. Even now when she was grown up, she could still rely on the man for almost anything.

When Justin decided to come back into his daughter's life years later when she was all grown up, Kylie wasn't too happy about it. She had said as much to Erica who was her best friend. She wanted nothing to do with the man who claimed to be sorry for what he had done to them and claimed to have changed over the years. Erica could remember being the one who supported her best friend's decision to keep her distance from the old man. She had been of the opinion that he wasn't worth the forgiveness. He didn't even deserve her. That was until she met her.

Erica didn't know whether to call it love at first sight. Or maybe she just had a deep infatuation for the man. All she was sure of was that whatever she was feeling was wrong. She shouldn't feel that way especially when he had never been there for her best friend and her mother when they had needed him the most. The two of them had practically been homeless when he had walked out on them. Having no other family, Kylie's mom had had to rely on sleeping on her friends' couches until she got a job. It wasn't easy since they usually got tired of having a screaming baby and its tired mother in their house after only a week. The two of them had treated her like family for as long as she had known them. Having feelings for Justin was like a betrayal of their trust for her.

When Justin had met Erica, he had decided to ask for her help to reach her daughter. She hadn't found it in her to say no even though she knew that Kylie wouldn't be happy if she ever found out. She wasn't proud of herself for doing what she was and had spent many sleepless nights feeling guilty and playing the consequences of her actions over in her mind. The worst always ended with Kylie never wanting to see her again. But she could never stop herself from feeling what she was feeling. She would have done anything to spend even five minutes with Justin. Even if that meant giving him some personal information regarding his daughter every once in a while. If that meant that she would somehow reconcile him to his daughter in the process it would be worth it.

When Erica got to the coffee shop, she had already decided on what she was going to tell him about his daughter. She did this every time she went to see him so she wouldn't go blank when he talked to her. She just couldn't stop herself sometimes. Not with how his eyes seemed to bore into her soul when he looked at her. It had happened during the first few meetings and she had come up with the strategy ever since. That way, they could keep it to the essentials without her making a complete fool of herself. She was going to tell her about her life in high school today. It was those years that Justin seemed to have taken a keen interest on. Especially with how the two of them seemed to have a lot in common during those years. One example would be how Kylie also played soccer in high school like her father.

Erica. Thanks for coming, he said getting up immediately she walked into the doors. He sounded too loud. Were it midday and crowded that would have create a scene but seeing as they were only the two of them in the room if they didn't count the man sleeping in the corner, she found it charming. She walked to him with small practiced steps. She had a history of falling flat on her face when she was nervous and she wasn't going to let that happen today.

It was nothing. I was working on a project for work anyway, she lied suppressing an oncoming yawn. There was never a project she did while working as a librarian.

He walked to her and gave her a hug. With the simple wrap of his arms around her, she felt herself weakening. He smelled nice and his overpowering masculine scent overpowered him.  He took her hand and walked with her to his table. He led her to a seat across from his.

You look great, he said and her heart leapt with joy grateful that he had noticed the effort. She simply smiled back. She hadn't worked on a response and didn't want to find herself stammering incoherently. She also had a history of doing that when she was nervous. He looked handsome too. It was one of the things that had won her over from the first time they had met. His hair, though streaked with a little white from age, was still much better than hers which she had cut short after she gave up on it. He had piercing gray eyes that always seemed to shake her whenever she looked into them and a strong masculine presence that gave off power and authority. It was all she had always liked in man Be it her best friend's father or not.

So where do we start? I brought a few pictures from when we were in high school if that's okay with you, she asked although she had it all planned out.

That actually not why I called you here, he said before she could go any further.

You don't want to talk about Kylie's high school. I could tell you something else about her if you want, she started to rush through her mind for all those things she and Kylie had ever done together.

I didn't call you here to talk about Kylie. I called you to talk about us, he corrected her and her muscles tensed. She was scared that maybe he meant that he didn't want to do this with her anymore. He had probably come to realize how wrong it was to try and get to his daughter using someone else's help. The least he should have done was respect her wishes and walk away.

What do you want to talk about? she asked with more confidence than she actually had. She could feel her heartbeat quicken as she spoke. He went quite as if not sure how of what to say and that made her even more afraid. It was not common for her to see him lose his words like that. She had always pictured him as a tough guy. He reached across the table for her hands and held them in his and she relished the sensation.

I know this is crazy but… his voice trailed off.

"But what?' she urged him on.

I kind of asked you here for a date, he started shocking her. I know the timing really doesn't make sense but I have to do it before I lose all my courage.

What about Kylie? she asked cautiously.

I love my daughter and I really want to have a relationship with her, but I also think I love you and I'll be damned if I ever let you go, he answered. She looked into his eyes hoping this was all a joke but she could see the sincerity in his face.

She couldn't believe her luck. Just when she had only been hoping for him to like her, he ended up saying that he loved her. She hadn't given the idea of love very much thought having been afraid to digest her feelings for him. She wasn't still sure if she loved him at all and was afraid to think about it. She knew this would hurt her best friend if she ever found out but what could she do about that right then. She was too lost in him to give him up even for Kylie.

Kylie won't like this, she said after giving it some thought.

I know, he replied, but I thought we could just think about us for now before we tell her this morning.

She's going to hate the both of us, she said genuinely worried about the outcome.

I know you feel the same about me. I see you watching me when you think I'm not looking, he said and she felt herself blush. Tell me right now that you don't think we should be together and I won't ever bother you again.

She knew she wasn't going to say it. And he must have also known if the confidence on his face was anything to go by. She saw his smile growing wider and knew he could read her thoughts.

Then we should enjoy this while it lasts, he said after a while. Almost as if they had heard him, a group of singers came out of the kitchen. They were playing her favorite music and she was shocked once again at how he could remember all the things she told him. She laughed in excitement wondering just when he had had all this done. The band looked fresh as if it wasn't too early in the morning for this. He must have paid good money for their services.

'When did you do this?" she asked in shock. She wondered briefly what would have happened if she had said no. He must have not thought that over because he had such great confidence.

Don't let that worry you? he said ignoring her question. She didn't mind letting him keep that secret from her if he wanted. Suddenly there was a group of chefs that came out holding their trays of food. They were all her favorite as she had suspected and she had no trouble throwing herself into the variety of dishes. She was only halfway and she didn't think she could eat any further but the food was far too delicious never mind that it was morning and she'd had a very heavy supper. Besides, she would need all her energy if she was going to confront Kylie.

That was great, she said after she was done. She couldn't contain herself from licking at her fingers in satisfaction and Justin found that adorable. He said just as much as he chuckled deeply.

You should get some rest, he said after the table was cleared. I made some arrangements and you could spend the night here.

    What about you? she asked.

I'll be in the next room, he replied.

Why not with me? her question caught him by surprise.

She let him lead her to the room. He was about to go sleep in his own room when she held him by the hand. He followed her inside her room as if nervous that he could hurt her. She knew he wanted her as much as she did but he wasn't going to let it on without some encouragement. He was too much of a gentleman. She stood on her toes and reached for his lips with her own. There was a rush of heat as soon as their lips touched and they went at each other with a lot of energy.

She took off her clothes quickly and he did the same. Soon, they were naked with their clothes thrown all over the floor. He lifted her off the floor and threw her onto the bed. He climbed in after her and settled himself between her legs.

His tongue moved all over her smooth skin. He kissed her neck tracing his tongue over her jaw line. He nibbled on her earlobe and she moaned softly. His hands worked just as fast and hard as his tongue groping her and squeezing in all the right placed till she thought she couldn't take it anymore. Her hands were also busy and she ran her palms all over his back feeling the warm skin in the palm of her hand. She liked the feel of his muscle beneath her touch.

He settled himself between her legs where she was fully exposed to him. He slipped inside her and she arched her back in response. He filled her completely and perfectly and she couldn't help but feel fantastic. She held onto him as he started to move. He was gentle with her at first as if trying hard not to hurt her. When he couldn't control himself anymore, he thrust into her with a mad rage that made her realize that she was going to wake up feeling sore the next morning.

She dug her nails into her back as he drove into her hard and fast. She bucked her hips to meet with his thrusts all the while moaning. She was about to come. She could feel it as he drove deeper into her tight walls. She grabbed a hold of him as her orgasm overwhelmed her, wrapping around him tighter like a vine. Her orgasm triggered his own and after a few thrusts he was cumming with a loud grunt.

He rolled off her and he took his place next to her. They fell asleep almost instantly each of them tired from their long night. She was definitely not going to wake up early today. Considering all they had to face, it wasn't such a bad thing. She lay in bed feeling afraid about what she had just done. When morning came, she would have to defend her love for this man against her best friend. She wasn't sure she was ready but there wasn't much choice. She was in too deep.

    The End

    Needed A Dance Partner

It had only been a week and already Emilia felt herself getting overwhelmed. She wasn't sure how much more she could take from him and only hoped that he wouldn't have to witness it when she blew up.

Am I doing it right? he asked from behind her and she just nodded mechanically without turning her head to see. She hadn't been paying much attention to his performance and wasn't even sure what she had asked him to do. She hadn't had it in her all day to care about what he was doing. She had quickly come to accept that he was a lost cause and anything she did would be futile.

You're not even looking, he started to complain but quickly grew quite when she threw him her special look.

You do know that the competition is tomorrow, she pointed out harshly, "but so far you can't do a single move without falling on
