Lipstick glided on the rosy lips making them jump out. Mascara pushed the eyes lashes out to make them look thicker and longer. Blush brought out the cheeks on the face to help them stand out more. The blonde long wig was placed on the cap that hid the short glassy black hair underneath. The dark brown eyes that stared at the glass reflected a female in a beautiful baby blue spaghetti strap dress that only went down to their knees. The only thing the mirror no longer reflected was the fact that it was staring at a man before the transformation. His name was Dansei Yuharu. He’s half Japanese and Half American. His Japanese traits were shown more on his body than his American half. So, his body figure could easily pull of the drag look, or his Okama look, was what his father called him. It’s the Japanese term for a homosexual or transgender. He didn’t care what his parents thought of him. Even though his parents still call him Dansei, he would rather them call him by the name he chose along with his new life. Henko! Henko Are you here? The man looked away from the mirror to notice a larger figure staring at him. It was one of his girls that work at the gay bar that he runs. She was full American and quite tall. Her body was a largely built. If she worked out, she would lose more of her already none existing feminine features she had. Many can already tell that she was no woman. However, that did not stop Henko from hiring her as a hostess for his gay bar. Many men liked their women different way, and that also applied to the gay men that visit here.

Ms. Amy, what have I told you so many times to call me? Henko asked. A deep voice grumbled from the girl.

Mama. Henko watched as the girl’s eyes shifted to the side. Henko intertwined his manicured fingers together.

So why do I have to keep repeating it? Henko’s eyes were slanted a bit. He didn’t care to be called Henko outside the bar, but because he was the owner, he would rather be called Mama from not only his coworkers but also the guests that come in as well. He understood that Amy was new to this place, but this always happened.

I’m sorry mama; I’m still not used to calling you that. Amy spoke in a deep voice. Henko took in a sigh. He leaned back a little bit to look at Amy.

I will overlook it this time, but please call me by the right name here. Amy smiled at Henko.

Okay mama, I will. Henko smiled.

You were calling me earlier. What was is that you wanted my dear.

Oh yeah! Amy’s eyes went wide as she just remembered why she was there. The man that is the vice president to Gardens Flowers is here to see you again. Henko sighed. That man had shown up several months ago. He was brought in by some coworkers of his, and seemed to have fallen for Henko. Since then, he had come to the bar at least once a week. However, Henko didn’t want to have anything to do with that man. Henko sighed for a moment and stood up. Taking in a deep breath and letting it out, he made his way out to the floor. Henko passed several girls that were sitting down with men and pouring drinks. The bar that he had was similar to a host club from Japan. His family had moved from Japan to America and settled down in California. When Henko wanted to have a gay bar in the gay district, he thought of making a host club. If you didn’t want to drink with the girls that were offered. There was a bar that the customers could sit at. There was a bartender there to make drinks and listen to any of the problems the customers were having. Henko usually was one of the people behind the bar. Yet, sometimes he was also called out as well. When Henko first made the bar/club. It did start of quite slow. For a while, he thought that it would never catch on like it did in Japan. However, it did. There are now several regulars that come in to the bar and ask for the same girl, and that man was one of the many that would asked for Henko.

Henko looked at the man sitting on the tan couch. He was wearing a dark blue suit that fit the man’s somewhat fit body. Henko looked up at the man’s face; which was wrinkled a bit showing the man’s older age and the loss of hair on the man’s head. Henko found out the man’s name was John. John would talk about how he loved flowers since he was young. He wanted to retire soon and hand down his business to his son that was married with three kids. Henko would listen to the man as he spoke. John was married with two kids. However, his wife had passed due to cancer. So, he raised his two kids alone. Even though he lived his life as a loving father and husband. He had a secret he kept from his family and that was the fact that he was gay. He could never come out and say it. Henko thought of why the man would choose his bar of them all. He wondered if it was because he wanted to be around men due to him being gay. However, was ashamed to be around gay looking men, and instead had come to his bar due to all the men here were dressed as women. If that was the case, it would make sense. Even though he was in a gay bar, he was surrounded by women. So, it doesn’t seem that sinful in his eyes. Henko could guess all day of why this particular customer was coming to his shop. However, that was not what he was there to decide. It was to make sure the guest enjoys themselves no matter what while they are in his bar.

Hello Mama! John spoke as he handed Henko a flower. Henko took it and brought to his nose taking in the nice sent the flower released.

    Thank your sir!

Oh please. John laughed. I always tell you not to call me sir to call me John. Henko walked closer to John and sat by him.

You know I can’t do that. Henko laughed with the man. Would you like something to drink? The man responded and Henko poured the man a drink and one for himself as well. Both taking the glasses and clicking them together saying cheers they began to drink.

It had been over an hour since Henko had joined John. He was going over his day and a fight he got into with his son. Henko listened to everything and only spoke out on some of the issues giving out suggestions. The man had bought several drinks and Henko knew the man was getting close to being drunk.

Hey Mama. John spoke out. Henko looked at the man. Why don’t you become my wife? Henko had to stop what he was drinking and looked at the man. Even though he was drunk he still showed seriousness on his face. Henko put down his drink and looked at John.

I am very flattered for your serious confession, but I am sorry. I am not looking for a mate at this time. John stared into Henko’s eyes for several moments before falling backwards on the couch and letting out a huge sigh.

You are just too much mama. John glanced over to Henko. But I’m not going to give up on you, you hear.

I don’t know if I should be happy or not. Henko spoke out jokingly.  However, on the inside, he really wished the man would give up. Even though the man was banking and was not bad looking, he was still someone he never thought he would be with. Henko took his drink and began sipping on it.

It was another successful night. John took a while before he left and Henko was able to do other things to make sure that the bar was running smoothly. The girls were all exhausted by the end of their shifts and sat down drinking some water to help sober them up a bit.

So, girls, this was another successful day at work. Everyone made some good money and I know some of you were even able to get new clients. Keep up the good work, and this bar will keep running smoothly. Everyone started to cheer. Girls, have a wonderful night now. Henko said his goodbyes to the girls as he closed and locked the doors.

Henko was extremely exhausted from the long night he had worked. He couldn’t wait till he was able to get home and relax. The young man only lived about four and half blocks away from the bar. Since it was so close, Henko would just walk to work and home. It was good exercise and it helped for parking space as well. There were not much places to park in the area. So Henko would rather give up his spot for a car, for a customer. If he really wanted to, he could take a taxi or a bus. However, Henko found that walking home was the best. One thing he had to do first was pick up some food so he could make something to eat for today. Henko very rarely would be out of drag. He would always wear the clothes even outside the bar and his home.

He walked over to the closet convenience store that was open 24/7. He bought some meat, bread, and some canned foods.  Henko paid for the food and walked out of the store. Only a couple more blocks and he would be home. Henko took in a yawn when turning the corner hitting something soft. It makes the young man lose his balance and fall hard on his behind. Henko opened his mouth to yell at whoever bumped into him, but kept his mouth shut when he saw who it was. He had never seen the man before, but the aura around the man gave off something of danger. The man had short spiked up brown hair and piercing blue eyes and had a goatee. Henko couldn’t clearly tell, but it looked as if the man was over six foot. Two shadows appeared behind the man, making Henko’s eyes wonder to each side of the middle man. The other two men carried the same aura. Giving a quick glance at the other two men, he noticed one had a scar down the side of his eye. They defiantly spelled out trouble.

Are you okay miss? The man finally spoke out. He reached a hand down to Henko who hesitantly took it. He helped Henko up onto his feet.

I’m okay. I wasn’t really watching were I was going. I’m sorry. Henko bowed down.

No need to bow, what are you Japanese or something? The man asked.

At least she has some manners. One of the men snickered. Henko was getting irritated by their mocking but kept it to himself.

Is the food alright? Henko looked at the bag in his hand. He opened it to check on the bread which was a bit squished, but it was still okay. It’s fine. Henko smiled to the man.

That’s good, just watch where you are going and make sure you get home safe. The man nodded his head a bit and began to walk forward, the two men followed behind him. Henko felt his heart skip a beat. He didn’t know why, but that man even though looked scary, was actually kind of nice and even handsome. Henko shook his head. First, he needed to get home and make some food, take off the makeup and clothes. Taking one more glance at the men that passed him, Henko turned and made his way to his apartment.

The apartment that Henko lived was nothing fancy. One thing that he did appreciate was the fact that it had a security system at the front. You would either need to be buzzed in, know a code, or have your own key. Living in this part of town, Henko knew, he had to be safe. Using his key and making his way into the apartment. He walked a few feet down the hall to one of the elevators. Clicking the button. He waited for the ding and the doors to open. Walking inside, Henko pressed the button for the sixth floor and allowed the doors to shut. Taking the ride up. He exited the elevator and made his way down the hall and to his door. A plate next to it read 602. Henko unlocked his door and made his way inside.

The inside of his apartment was a lot bigger than what many would expected it to be. The outside made the rooms look quite small. Walking into the small hallway of the apartment. Henko placed his keys on a desk that was in the entrance and removed his shoes. It felt so much better not wearing the high heels anymore. He placed the shoes in a small closet that was next to the front door. He had many shoes in there, so he didn’t have to get them from his room. Placing them on a rack, he shut the door and made his way further into his apartment. The small hallway turned into a large living room area on the right side that had a couch and a love seat. In the middle sat a coffee table with a few fashion magazines on it. He turned to the left and made his way into the open kitchen. The kitchen was something many dream of having. The counters were made of marble, and there was a double decked refrigerator as well that stainless steel. There was a stove next to the fridge with a microwave above it. What Henko didn’t lack was storage space. There were several cupboards around the kitchen, that several were still empty. Once thing that Henko did like about the apartment was the small bar that separated the kitchen from the living room area. He had yet to use it, but it was something nice. Only thing that was one there, was some old mail that he had yet to throw away, and a bowl of fruit. Other than that, his kitchen was completely clean or what he liked to call it, bare. Placing the bread he bought on the counter and placed whatever cold items he needed in the fridge. Henko made his way down the hall that exited the large room he was in. There were two other rooms that he passed. One was a room he had several of his outfits and extra wigs in. Another was more of a guest room. A bathroom was also passed as he made his way to the end of the hall. It was the master bedroom.

Opening the door, Henko made his way into the room. The room was almost the size of the front room he was just in. Making his way over to another door on his left, he entered the master bathroom. Walking up to the sink, he opened a drawer and pulled out some make up remover clothes. Looking at himself one more time. Henko began to revert back to what he looked like before
