Foreword
Reading a book like Elisha July’s The Pathway from Employee to Employer is altogether exhilarating as it is life-changing. There is nobody in this world is free from economics and economics rule the globe whether one likes it or not.
To be accommodated in this fast-moving business-oriented world, one needs wisdom and this is what you will find in this book. In its typical simple language, the techniques to success are explained with such a life-giving force.
Other authors have idealized the world of business, making look like a magical planet only accessible to a chosen few. This myth is broken in this wonderful book. Everyone was born with potential to do business and succeed in life.
There is not much to say, the steps to greater heights are laid out simple and fair by July whose acumen draws from real life experience.
Read it slowly and practice what you learn. Practice, practice, so you will one day give testimony how this book changed your mindset to become a real entrepreneur!

Author’s Note
In writing this book I have in mind those that are still engaged as employees in organisations that they do not own or do not have a share in those companies. I wrote this book immediately after completion of my other germ The Anatomy of Achieving Success in Business.
I realised that as much as my book The Anatomy Of Achieving Success In Business
was adequate to give a person a framework of what it takes to establish a successful business as an emerging entrepreneur, it was necessary that I make one step backwards to accommodate those that still needed the transformational guidance on how one can transform from being an employee to an entrepreneur.
This book demystifies the idea that entrepreneurship is a profession reserved for a special group of people when it actually is something that can be pursued by anyone as long they are willing to follow the guidance provided in this book. Each time I write a book I do not claim to provide a panacea for all the problems related to business or provide all the nitty gritty details but I simply provide a framework of the important elements and this book is no exception.
I do not tell you in this book when to quit your job; neither do I tell you what business to venture into but will tell you how you can move towards establishing your own business. I trust by reading the book you will gain some valuable insight.
Introduction
I am compelled to write this book from a deep conviction in my heart that humanity has been invaded. For most people the future is dreary, there is no hope, the sky is falling and the saddest part is that people do not know what to do. Am I talking about the end of the world? NOPE! About the UFOs? Not at all. So what am I talking about? Where am I coming to? I am sure you are now anxious. I am talking about your current and future economic condition. Where do you stand, are you happy with your current condition and how about your future, is it secured? If the truth is to be told, nine in
