INTRODUCTION
At every point in time, we all know what anger is, and we have all felt it in one way or the other: whether in form of annoyance or as full-fledged rage. We go through life, looking for ways to understand how anger interrupts so many lives, including our own.
We can see through history that anger has been a major problem from the beginning of a corrupted world. We know that we have a variety of people, which includes different classes, genders, races, ethnicity, and so forth. We are aware that society has its laws and principles, the criminal division has its rules, and the religious leaders have their rules.
We are also aware that different countries have their own beliefs, separating their understanding from our country. This means we are living in a diverse system and that understanding needs to be in order, to reduce the number of anger problems around the world. Anger is a feeling that all of us share. When anger gets the finest of us then it is time to find anger management solutions to deal with the stress. Most angry persons find it difficult at times to adhere to the different techniques offered since all of us differ in our way. This brochure is meant to help you understand and control anger as the case may be.
MEANING OF ANGER: EXPLAINED
Anger is an outward uncontrolled manifestation of a negative inner state. It is the representation of all the negative emotions that are stored in you. It's your disappointment, your fear, you are being late, your high stress, your low self-esteem, your unpaid credit card bill, and your irritation with your hair loss.
The point is, anger is not a valid or useful tool in our lives. It is not a positive thing.
It makes matters worse by ignoring the real issues that bother us and instead acts like a quick-release valve - which explodes in anger if the pressure inside gets too high.
But I hear you say, is it good to let go of the negative energy from within? Technically yes, but not with anger. When inner negative emotions are released by an external
