How to Get a Lot of Writing Done During the Covid-19 Pandemic
()
About this ebook
I believe this is an opportune time for writers to get more writing done. These are unprecedented times. This is the first Easter that there were no physical, religious services. This is a time to go inward. Perhaps it can be a time to press the pause button and make the best of it.
Writers need solitude to be at their best. Perhaps we could find a way to write more. Try writing a few blog posts. Write about your experiences during this pandemic. Share your thoughts with the world either in a blog or an e-book. Perhaps you learned some lessons during this pandemic. Go ahead and share them with the world.
Take some time to reflect on what you would like to do in your writing career over the long-term. Set goals and priorities. Perhaps try to write a short story about this time. Perhaps write a fictional account about this time. There is so much to say about it. Perhaps instead of being scared and frustrated, put it into writing. The sky’s the limit when it comes to your writing.
I plan to write a few picture books for kids about this time in our human history. It really is an unprecedented time that may present even more challenges for us in the future. Writers have a unique opportunity to share their fears and frustrations through their writing. Let’s all take this opportunity to write and release our pent-up fears. The time to write is now.
