My passion for writing can be traced back to my University days where I read Economics and Southeast Asia Studies as my subjects major. From then till now, food and travelling are my favourite activities or hobbies and I love to travel around the World to savor the different delicious and unique delicacies as well as experience the cultural and lifestyle of different races in different countries.Throughout the past 20 years, I travelled extensively throughout Asia Pacific and learned the art of different cooking styles and methods of different races and ethnicities while immersing in their daily food, cultures and lifestyles. Just to name a few memorable experiences is the Khmer culture in Cambodia and the Vietnamese culture in in Indochina. While most people associated “phở” as the popularly known Vietnamese dish, it is actually the “Huế” food that symbolize the authentic Vietnamese food culture for thousands of years before the French colonization in year 1887.I’m now a full time writer and this is the best time of my life to share my rich and extensive experience in this part of the World where I lived in with everyone. If for reasons you are unable to come to this part of the World, do not worry, I’ll be publishing series of cookbook, travelogues and lifestyle books that will bring out the best of this region to your kitchen and living room.My cookbooks are published in all major ebook platforms. I hope to get everyone support to give me a good review. I’m humbled and sincerely appreciative of the support given by everyone.
