Introduction

A kiss is an immensely powerful thing used to win the heart, to show love, to greet, to distract, and to betray. When I had my first kiss, neither of us knew what we were doing or why we were doing it. He was a sweetheart of a person and was probably as confused as I was. What were we doing?

I’ll never forget the slimy texture of his tongue swimming around aimlessly in my mouth. Many questions orbited in my mind. Do I sit here and stare at him? Do I close my eyes as they do on the soap operas? Do I keep my hands to my side, or do I put them on his shoulder?

That experience left me with the impression that kissing was the nastiest thing two people could do, and I never wanted to do it again. The thought of kissing made my stomach turn for years, and I avoided it. When I fell in love for the first time, I learned that a kiss was one of the most powerful expressions of love two people could experience. If done with the right person, in the right setting, and with the right intention, kissing can take your heart to a deeper level than sex ever could.

Kissing is a personal experience and something that you must figure out on your own. I’m far from the world’s best kisser and unqualified to fill a book with different kissing techniques. Don’t waste your time skimming this book to find techniques on kissing, because there aren’t many; however, softly gliding the tip of your tongue lightly across your lovers bottom lip and finishing it off with a soft peck, or softly nibbling their bottom lip can make them lose a night’s sleep by thinking about you. How’s that for a technique?

If you feel the need to learn how to kiss, there are tons of books available with kissing techniques to avail yourself if you need it.

Keep in mind that even if a book teaches you a technique that you find to your liking, it doesn’t matter much without informing you how to put your intention behind the kiss. In my personal observation, I learned you should never play with a kiss, you should always respect it, and you should only share one if you mean it. When filled with love and the right intentions, a kiss can take you to the moon and back leading to a forever memory that will never have you questioning its purpose again.

Your Love Matters

I’ve never kissed a man I loved without leaving an indelible impression on him. When I kiss em, they stay kissed because I go in for the kill while wrapping my kisses in positive intentions. Your powerful intention you attach to your kiss will make the difference. When I kiss someone, I want them to experience what I feel in my heart for them. This doesn’t only pertain to someone I am romantically involved with; I feel the same way about everyone I kiss. The intention of my kiss depends on whom I’m giving the kiss to, and why. Each situation is unique and should remain as such.

There are many things about people that hold potential power, and as a result, we can use them as manipulation weapons. Why do that when we can use those things with the desire to conquer the heart and bring perfect peace to a soul filled with fury?

I wrote this book with the month of love in mind because there is someone who will need it. Fresh off the festive holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day, Valentine’s day will be here soon. It will bring the lows and fear of not having anyone to spend that time with,
