This is the reason why I developed this diet for myself years ago. I wanted to come up with the most perfect diet, that will do its part in reversing my own age. And helping me to add dozens of high quality years to my life.

This diet is about a full decade in the making.

I have been on an anti -aging mission for roughly about the last decade or so. Ever since I was in my mid thirties. I was born June 3rd, 1977. So this summer I will be turning 42. And about 3 years ago, I really began to hone my obsession with age reversal. I figured it all out ladies and gentlemen. And I was actually going to wait until I was into my 50's to begin sharing it with the world. But certain people have convinced me to do it now.

So, here is a very concise template of my unique anti - aging diet.

The vEGGan Diet - I like to call it.

This diet in combination with some other major key elements, is what has skyrocketed my natural testosterone from a very good 619 ng/dl  at 39 years of age, to an insane 65%+ increase at 41 years old! My testosterone levels are floating around 1000 ng/dl. And I am almost 42 at this time. My entire full blood panel is stellar!

And I am not afraid to show anyone and everyone my entire full blood panel! Who does that? No one does that, that's who.

This book is not about the testosterone benefits. Men, I am working on a completely separate book about that.

Females, you need to know this information as well. I am separating all of the testosterone talk for another book on the subject. This book is a concise, easy to understand overview on my age reversing diet.

There is nothing at all like this anywhere.

I designed this diet with age reversing intentions in mind. This is why this diet begins with the bar set at perfection. We can all choose to work our way backwards from there. But I actually define perfection which is where the bar is to be set at.

A term as powerful as anti - aging, requires absolute perfection to become possible.

    Introduction into the vEGGan Diet

    Welcome to the vEGGan Diet. This is your introduction into what I personally believe to be the perfect diet. This is a diet that I created for myself, with age reversing intentions in mind. It took me nearly a decade to perfect this diet, into what it has become. I was actually going to wait about another decade or so before I ever shared it with you. But, the last 2, or 3 years of my life have been really spectacular with this method of viewing food. And I just felt like I should begin the process of sharing my obsession of reversing age with others now. I am turning 42 here in June of 2019. I still feel as if I would be more believable when I am in my 50’s. Because my intentions are to still be in my 20’s at that time. I just always thought that people would have to acknowledge that I do know what I am talking about, if they see me in my 50’s, and I am still growing younger each day.

    But over the last 3 years, I have really perfected this age reversing lifestyle. And it shows in my blood work. I have been sharing this with a small number of people individually. But I feel like I really should be letting the public know of these things that I have been obsessing over for about a decade now. Yes, I obsess over reversing my age. It is my passion. It is a healthy obsession though.

    This whole vEGGan Diet all started about a decade ago from now. I had watched a documentary called Earthlings, that really changed my life. After watching this documentary, I had full intentions of one day becoming completely animal product free. That was my original goal after watching this documentary.

    I even did go 100% plant based Vegan in 2015 for 1 whole year straight. I learned a lot during this time. Which I am thankful for. Had I not done that, I may not be here sharing this vEGGan Diet with you now.

    To make a very long story short. I began weening myself off of animal products immediately after watching this documentary. I eliminated dairy, which was easy for me. And also, probably the best animal product that I took myself off of in hindsight.

    I also began to slowly cut out all other animal products. Meats, seafood, chicken, pork. My end game was to one day become plant based, animal product free. But solely for the ethical reasons. My initial reasoning had nothing to do with health at this time.

    But I was also in my early 30’s. And about this time I began to have an inner desire to search for the fountain of youth. I wanted to educate myself on age reversal. If such a thing even existed? Is it possible to actually reverse age? Well, I will answer that with full confidence. Yes, it is. It just requires a dedication like no other to it. I have since figured out exactly what it takes to reverse age. I am not really going to go into the age reversing side of this in this introduction to the vEGGan diet. But the 4 key elements to reversing age are to perfect your:

    Diet

    Lifestyle 

    Mindset 

    & Training.

    The training (or exercise) is actually a byproduct of the first three key elements. They all must be perfected each day, as if it is groundhogs day. I have this thing figured out. This is why I need to put this information out there now, rather than wait for another decade. People can benefit from this information that I have immediately. And while I still do act like a kid. Age-wise, I am in my 40’s. Which should make people acknowledge that I am on to something here. I
