The life expectancy for vegans is up to 10 years longer than those who eat the standard American diet.   Dr. Hana Kahleova joins "The Weight Loss Champion" Chuck Carroll to discuss her new paper on plant-based diets and healthy aging. Her research shows that eliminating meat and dairy from the diet is capable of more than just extending your life, it can add quality years to it. She says that the Fountain of Youth can be as close as your kitchen!   Dr. Neal Barnard also joins the show to discuss the newest government funded artery clogging creation at Taco Bell, the Grilled Cheese Burrito.
