Chapter 1: How do you become a Lean Clean Fat Killing Machine?
Losing weight is a lot easier than you think. You can make some basic changes in your life to help you lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. In this book, I’ll be talking about two complicated topics: nutrition and exercise. I’ll be simplifying these topics so you can apply what you learn right away. For starters, you can eat less junk food and start exercising more. After years of doing personal training, the two things I see people doing is not eating enough or not working hard enough. If you want to see rapid results, you need to have a good balance between eating healthy foods and exercising consistently.
The first big step you can take when changing what you eat is to stay as far away as you can from excess white sugar. You’d be surprised how much sugar is put into processed foods. Big name brands also like to put lots of sodium into processed foods so it has a longer shelf-life. Excess sugar and sodium in foods are two big reasons why people gain weight so quickly and have a hard time losing weight. People are used to having all this sodium and sugar in their diets. It becomes part of their normal routine. It’s hard to kick this habit because the human brain loves glucose. One of the fastest absorbing forms of glucose is in simple sugars like white sugar. This may sound crazy but, if you can just reduce as much sugar and sodium from your diet as possible, you can lose a lot of weight just from that. The best thing you can do is replace processed foods with fresh foods like: vegetables, fruits, and lean meats. Making a change of what you eat will make a huge difference in losing weight.
Exercising is the other key factor in losing weight and being healthy. You need to be exercising at least three days week. If it’s been more than 6 months since you’ve exercised, you should start working out three days a week. If you’re in shape, you should be working out 5 days a week. Where a lot of beginners go wrong is they start working out 5 days a week at a really high intensity and then get themselves injured. Working out too hard too many days a week can also burn you out and demoralize you. That’s why I’m here! I’m here to help you find the right workouts for you and help you get the results you want.
The biggest factor that will determine if you succeed or fail is Consistency! Look! I’m going to be real honest with you right now. If you want killer results, you’re going to have to work really hard at it! You’re not going to lose 35 pounds and get an awesome six pack overnight. You have to exercise and eat consistently, if you want to see rapid results. I know it’s hard, but once you get into the rhythm of exercising and eating right, nothing can stop you!
