    Understanding the Metabolism

    When a subject is so saturated like the weight loss market, it is entirely understandable why people can and do fail to know the true meaning of the word metabolism or have a clue how the body’s metabolism really works. Ask your friend, neighbor or colleague and you will certainly get a different answer every time. The answers will confuse and conflict with one another.

    The dictionary definition is as follows:
