    PREFACE

    Poetry is a gist of an impressive quality of mystery, glamour, and power.

    Poetry has always guided and shaped me, the melodious tune and the lyrical verses assisted my ‘Brook’ to flow down over the ‘thorns of life.’ The poetry sailed me all through the glaciers, the sides of the mountain cuts, the valleys, the lowlands and the plains, finally reaching to the ocean. The only destination I sailed for, is for finally losing myself, to discover my individuality back within my self.

    I never read poetry for the sake of reading or academics, it is the only peek hole for my escape from time bounded life. I could never fit into the chains of the clock but rather lost myself in dreams and imagination that couldn’t be calculated or measure neither recorded. The only way I could relate my existence is through a stranger’s pen. Then why I started writing poems.

    I am neither a scholar in poetry nor a critic, I am a livsnjutare, who simply putting few words to reflect her emotions on pages. The only reason why I started writing poetry was never eider to me, maybe because I was alone or because I condoned such indicate problematic circumstances during the

    early ages of my life. There were many reasons for shaping my soul’s desire.

    My story wasn’t always a fairytale, I have struggled and overcame many hurdles, from continuous bullying and even beaten. I was never an adorable or a reliable partner to anyone. My parents always had a bunch of complaints regarding me, because I wasn’t the idealist child they always dreamt of having, but a précised definition of me will be a rebel, trying to blur all the lines that are marginalizing her dreams and desires.

    The Shades of Incandescent isn’t anything to be compared to call as a Literary work. This book isn’t made to fell under the eyes of critics waiting for
