She was born on 7th May, 1983. Having completed her schooling in the Assembly of God Church School Asansol, West Bengal and her post-graduation in English Language and Literature from Annamalai University Chennai, she discovered a flair for writing poetry on what she felt and found in her immediate surroundings.Her musings on life and love centre mostly on human relations in its myriad manifestations. She loves to juxtapose her poems with the complexities and contradictions of human life. The quest of man to mend his relationship with nature and his loved ones and the pleasures and pains involved in this strife is what she seeks to articulate through her poems. She takes delight in exploring the expanse of love as reflected through the prism of human relations and natural phenomena.With a passion to be amidst nature, far away from the hustles and the rat-race of life, she wishes to probe into the reasons for human life which she thinks has a far greater relevance than humans themselves realise.
