Rich in vegetables, fruits ,grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats , fish, nuts, beans DASH is based on the healthy lifestyle rules and principles that lead to low blood pressure, less risk of heart diseases and stroke, cancers and encourage and maintain a healthy weight.
