    2 tuna steaks

    1 cup Italian-style salad dressing

    Directions

    Firstly, combine in a bowl tuna with salad, cover with aluminum foil and marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

    Meantime, lightly oil the grate and preheat outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

    Remove tuna from marinade and grill, about 5 minutes per side.

    Quick Seafood Enchiladas

    Ingredients

    1 pound cooked shrimp

    1 package cream cheese

    2 cloves garlic

    2 tsp fresh cilantro

    2 tsp lime juice

    1 can green chile enchilada sauce

    6 flour tortillas

    Directions

    Beforehand, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Mix together in a preheated skillet over medium heat minced garlic, peeled, defined and chopped shrimp, chopped cilantro, softened cream cheese, and lime juice and cook about 5 to 7 minutes.

    Spoon cream cheese and shrimp mixture onto flour tortilla, then roll tortilla and form an enchilada. Place them in prepared baking dish.

    In the end, spoon green chile sauce over tortillas.

    Bake about 20 minutes.

    Maui Wowie Shrimp

    Ingredients

    2 pounds uncooked medium shrimp

    1 pinch garlic salt

    ground black pepper

    one quarter tsp cayenne pepper

    1 cup mayonnaise

    1 lemon

    Directions

    Beforehand, preheat outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.

    Peel and devein shrimp, and then thread on skewers. Spice on each side with garlic and black pepper to taste.

    Freely spoon each side with mayonnaise.
