    Life in Haiku

A book written in the strict, yet emotional and beautiful art of Haiku.

Written in the traditional style of 5-7-5 syllables in each frame.

Compiled of everyday sights, insights and instances. The art of this style gives strength to our minds. I started writing Haiku after radiation treatments. I immediately felt the benefits from this form of writing. Once thought to be a playful game of wit, there were Japanese Haiku Masters and schools that taught the traditional writing and paintings of Haiku.

I plan to publish a series of novelettes comprised of Haiku Writings.

To me, Haiku is very much like the butterfly. So much interpretation within relatively short stages of life.

She has come full circle. She knows how the mouse got in. The cage was locked tight around her. Had he come to watch, maybe gloat that he was free? Free’er. She liked to watch him play.
