About this ebook
This is a rare and epic poem on the emotion of love and deep affection. In a world conflicted with heartbreaks, lies, cheating, jilting, and backstabbing, the poem goes a long way in healing unseen wounds and patching up sored invisible heart injuries.
Love they say is a beautiful thing, hence the poet with his words wonderfully weaved together has carved a cliche for himself in enhancing savories related to the matters of the heart.
This collection of poems serves as the best of its kind in recent times having achieved its purposes in quantum.

Can’t Believe It
February 18, 2008
I just can’t believe it
How she told me that she loves me
but inside she barely trusts me
Can’t believe that she said it but didn’t mean it
How could she tell me such strong words?
Love, four letters that I’ve never felt or held
Just can’t see it to believe it
I can’t make it or take it, still how could she even say it
Can’t believe it, how she would carry me through this
So emotional the way she does it
And how she tells me over the phone but close can’t show it
Love leads me on time and time and time, and time again
Unlike I’m like, where does this relationship of ours start and end?
But since you told me you loved me, I ask, did it ever truly begin?
I can’t believe it still, that I just couldn’t open to see it.
Mistreatment of Love
March 11, 2008
Love and the way we take it for granted
Love and life how we mistreat it
And how we all suffer from it when we most need it
So how come we take advantage of such an emotional treatment
Mistreatment of love and how we misuse it
Abandon it fully
Misrepresentation of the emotional understanding
So, how come we neglect love, life, and its existence?
Life which stands as a gift from heaven up high
But we still don’t appreciate each blessing inside
Which is given to the entire human race with kindness but still,
Love is what we all fail to see due to emotional blindness
Life we breathe and love we receive
We stray from accepting all and each
Only because we’re far away from opening to search and seek
But in our heart, we shall reach to see both are precious
If life and love, we wouldn’t mistreat.
Love
March 10, 2008
After a hard day of work
Feeling tired and out of breath
Body in pain, suffering as it hurts
But as I enter my home, love begins to help
I head to the shower
And my bathwater has been turned on, steaming hot
I begin to wash and bathe my body
Then love comes along to join me
I exit the shower while water is dripping
Love again comes and starts assisting,
Drying then lotion me down everywhere
Rather long away of up close, love is there
Comfortable relaxing in bed
Lights are off and the temperature is set
Body held close together through the night
Continuously held close till the morning sunlight
As morning awakes me
Love, I stare in the face
Pull her close, and hug her
Then kiss her for a moment, say I love her as we embrace
Repeats the same, and I listen with a response of thank you so much
Because without you; I wouldn’t know what to do without love.
Love Conversation
March 19, 2008
Dear Love, may we have some time together
Just for a moment to discuss
Emotions inside my heart That I keep hidden so deep
Love, how come each time I invest I’m unappreciated and mistreated?
At the end of the process of getting and feeling close
But yet when I open, still I’m broke going nowhere
Love, am I deserved? And don’t I deserve you?
What’s behind the search for true love
And how do I know when its official?
Love, I opened with putting feelings first, so what else do I do?
Love, you are what I desire deep down inside
But tell me why so many others are so blind to see
That I stand as an unconditional love with kindness
Only when others fail to realize kindness for weakness upon me
Love conversation held a moment or few
Lust enough to express and be open to you
Love spoke at last and said that anything’s possible
Stay open and free, soon Love would present itself officially.
Lifetime Love
March 24, 2008
Love for a lifetime is what I desire
My heart inside offering emotions of the best
Lifetime love from someone I can offer the rest
Lifetime love unlimited reception
Love that I can receive unconditionally
With treatment of loving affections between each:
Of feelings developmentally so deep
Love with a commitment
Lifetime service and an unconditional treatment
Spoiling me, through unlimited love
But a true dedication of a relationship through blessings above
Lifetime soulmate!
Love to live out for a lifetime
Love of a journey which the future holds
And a never-ending development between both
Leading to a loving lifetime future living out so close.
Why Do We
February 20, 2008
Why do we judge our own people?
As though we don’t care or even need them?
Altogether, or in general, we judge each other
From ourselves and friends to family and neighbors
Why do we pass by and judge?
But not even know inside or behind the love
We judge what we don’t love or trust
And we trust and love what and who we judge every day
Why do we mistreat our brothers and sisters?
And how come we mistreat our future daughters?
Why do we disrespect, and refer to each other as names of such?
Not knowing that there could possibly mean more and so much
If only we as people would learn to love and trust before we judge.
Emotional Effect
March 25, 2008
Time and time again you ask why me?
Over and over you ask again why me?
How come it must be back to back?
What have I done to deserve this?
Gave him my each and everything
And appreciation he still lacks
Thinking to yourself if you can go any further
Sick and tired of being mistreated and hurt
Wondering to yourself is there anyone I deserve
If each one allowed their past to affect their future
Happiness and new opportunities wouldn’t exist
So why allow ex-lovers in the past
Control what future lovers haven’t caused?
I knew how you feel inside
Were you meant to be,
Or maybe he was not ready for you yet
Maybe he just couldn’t handle a relationship
Why allow that one experience to control the rest?
If everyone would remain calm and open
Then better relationships would be available to you
Happiness between each other could be possible;
If each of us, among each other, didn’t allow one to affect another.
Push Me Away
March 21, 2008
They say you never know what you have till it’s gone
So, with that, they never knew till I was gone
Never knew what they had when I was around
Now I’m not, and karma came down
Love pushed away more than once
When I’m headed towards it and it feels real
Like as I’m headed into it
I’m
