Employee Motivation is an inspiration that creates by every environment, factors which is included with the employee of an organization. It is an important element for an organization because the success mostly depends on the dedication of an employee, which comes from motivation. Successful motivation improves morale; reduce turnover, increases production and profit. Motivation varies from people to people. Different things motivate different people. So one way cannot give the right path to motivate employees properly. Therefore, in sort, to be a successful motivator, require knowing each employee, find out their interests are and what is essential to them. Indisputable interest in their lives will y help to learn more about what motivates them and will build a relationship with them and they will be grateful for those efforts. Money is a major factor in motivating people and a firm reward plan to attract employee and keeping key human resources but the key is that supplementary money is not always the only answer and in many situations not even the finest answer. Sometimes non-payment motivation can satisfy employee.
To a great numeral of businesses and organizations, people are one of the most vital resources. Every corporation wants creative decision makers and visionaries, but similarly important are the employees on the front line who gives effort for the organization. If businesses want to capitalize on output and make proceeds, they have to get their personnel members working as efficiently as possible. It is usually conventional that pleased workers have a propensity to be productive ones that signify clear benefits keep employee occupied and motivated. Some companies can get it tricky to encourage workers to give of their best dedication at work or some can ignore the fact to motivate employees but a theory is the happier and more motivated the employee, the happier the customer, the healthier the bottom line
