Majored in behavioral psychology, his valuable life experiences go even further and expand as some people consider him a top relationship/dating guru. He found his vocation in empowering others who lack social skills, have communication impediments or even relationship problems with powerful techniques and approaches that seem to always work with great success. In his leisure time he spends it with his loved ones, he's a family man and spends much of his time with his wife who he's been married to for over 23 years, and two children. Introduction
In today's’ new day and age, society is hearing more and more about a new type of human – the Empath. With highly fine-tuned senses and intuition, Empaths possess capabilities outside the normal levels of human ability, leading some experts to even suggest Empaths have paranormal skill sets. Possessing highly in-tune sensitivity and awareness, the Empath is more alert and aware of their emotions and the emotions of others around them. Intuition is the key master skill of the Empath, which causes the Empath to walk their way through life by feeling, rather than thinking.
Emotions and feelings can hit the Empath on an extreme scale, and intuition provides the filter through which they view the world. The Empaths’ key trademark is that they are always able to understand how you are feeling and know what you are feeling at all times. They have a heightened awareness and sensitivity to all emotions and can feel any positive or negative vibes you are feeling in your current state. The downside of this is that the Empath takes on your feelings as their own, and feels everything you feel whether angry, sad, frustrated, happy, or excited.
Having highly tuned and refined sensory abilities aren't always positive for the Empath – if they haven’t established firm boundaries and manage their empathic skills, it can be highly draining and exhausting to cope with all the negative emotions. Being a particularly easy target for emotional vampires, their abilities can often cause damaging effects and be devastating to many. To offset this issue, the Empath needs to work towards creating a solid defense against negativity and practice maintaining better boundaries with toxic people around them.
When Empaths absorb intense and powerful stressful emotions, it can result in a variety of serious emotional and psychological issues. The added stress of feeling everything too intently can result in weight gain, depression, binge eating or drinking, panic attacks, drug abuse, sex addiction, and sleep disorders. It is highly common for the Empath to continuously feel extremely fatigued and sleep deprived and be over emotional, and a very difficult experience for the Empath to suffer from.
Unless the Empath is able to improve their skills and be able to create boundaries and center themselves, their lives will be constantly felt and experienced as a severely assaultive onslaught of emotions and toxic behaviors as a result of the intensity. The Empaths relationships will be overwhelming and unstable until they are able to better regulate the management of their emotional state.
People with empathic abilities are highly giving, nurturing, great listeners, and the most loyal people you will ever come across. They have hearts of gold and are trustworthy and reliable people you know you always will be able to count on. When surrounded by positive energies, love, joy, and peace, the Empath will have the most optimal chance of being able to flourish.
Subtle Tell-Tale Signs That You’re An Empath
If you’re reading this book, there is a good chance you already consider yourself to be an Empath or have increased sensitivity levels. Some tell-tale signs that you need to watch out for include:
