About this ebook

Life and love can be profoundly expressed in so many ways. And when that love is gone it can be expressed in a deep soulful way. It can put a thought on your mind that youre thinking about all day. It can make you want to cry a river or bay. Sadness can touch your heart and penetrate it until you cry. It can make you say: why oh why'. And it can make you sigh. Maybe it can even make you wonder if youre letting life pass you by. Joy can put a giant smile on your face, and lift your spirits high. When touched by inspiration it can stimulate you to change your outlook in life, or just the art of poetry can be a delightful form of entertainment. Laughter can put enchantment in to your heart when it encompasses you. Love can be expressed in so many ways. And when that love is gone it can make you cry for days, and days. Love isnt just something you feel. Its something you show. And as the years go by you watch it grow. Love can blind you or show you the way. Thats what I heard someone say. Inspiration is something you can never get enough of. Its sort of like love. When youre sad, and when your melancholy and blue, inspiration can be your glue. Sadness can be so profound. It can be expressed in ways that show how you feel down. Tears and fears can cause sorrow. It can make you ask someone for joy you can borrow. When youre low, and when youre down only your heart can feel how sad you see yourself as. It leaves you wondering if the feeling will pass. Opening this book is your journey down that road.

Life to her is exciting.  So she captures it in her writing.  It all started when she was in 6th grade.  She developed a love for poetry after reading some poems in a magazine, and the love stayed.  So as the years went by she continued to write, and got better and better and she felt more resolute, and confident in her writing.  Although she originally started writing in 1993 when she was advised by one of her teachers to keep a journal, it wasn’t until the following year when she actually started writing poetry.  She’s been writing for eleven years.  She’s even written about her biggest fears.  And it can bring you to tears.  She’s written about life.  She’s written about how easy it is to get into strife.  She’s written about joy, and about complication.  She’s written about how hard it is for her to carry a conversation.  She’s even written about how she plans to fly free from her sheltered nest.  Writing is what she does best.  Writing is her passion.  It’s her heart.  She writes about how she’s at the beginning of an end waiting for it to start.  Poetry is her ultimate passion.  And with this book she hopes to share that passion with the world.

    The Answer

Who is my true love?  Who can tell me who?  Something tells me that it’s you.  When you tell me things I thought I would never know, and when you take me places I thought I’d never go that’s when I have reasons to believe it’s you.  But when I cry alone waiting by the phone and you don’t call me I ask myself who is my true love?  Who can tell me who?

    Water Spray

Did you really just kiss me?  Am I awake?  Spray some water on me.  Am I just dreaming?  Should I jump in the lake, and make sure I’m awake?  When you kiss me that way sometimes I just want to look up at the sky, and say hello I’m going to sleep at the lake to see if I’m awake.  Am I awake?  Spray some water on me.  I wonder if you made the clouds go away, ‘cause it’s so sunny today.  Before I met you the sky didn’t look this way.  It was always gray.  Sometimes I just want to look up at the sky, and say hello I’m going to sleep at the lake to see if I’m awake.  Am I awake?  Spray some water on me.

    Separate Wedding

I can’t believe you didn’t grieve after I told you to leave.  I can’t believe our separation didn’t give you any devastation.  I can’t believe you didn’t cry after I told you goodbye.  I can’t believe us being apart didn’t break your heart.  I can’t believe our wedding day had to be this way.  When I asked you who was she you told another lie to me.  You said she was your cousin.  Somehow I knew that she wasn’t.  Why would you hold your cousin real tight, and whisper in her ear all through the night?  This was the perfect setting for our 1st wedding, but you chose someone new.  Now crying is all I have left to do!

    In Your Life

I’m in your life, but you don’t know it.  You have a broken heart, but you don’t show it.  I’m in your dreams, but you don’t see me.  I’m swimming through your tears, but you don’t see me.  I’m the one telling you ‘don’t let go’.

    Already Broken

Everyday I think of glue wondering if it can fix my broken heart.  Everyday I dream of you wondering why we’re so
