    1: Cauliflower couscous salad

    Couscous has a great flavor with cauliflower, when you start eating daily. You can't skip it with your lunch or dinner. Its juicy, original taste is amazing and delicious.

    Recipe:

    Serving: 4

    Preparation time: 12 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 small cauliflower’s head

    1 small bell pepper, chopped

    1 medium celery, finely chopped

    1 green onion, chopped

    1 red onion, chopped

    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    2 tablespoon olive oil

    Salt to taste

    Black pepper to taste

    Instruction:

    Chopped the cauliflower, finely in a food processor.

    Cook the cauliflower in microwave for 4-5 minutes.

    Mix the bell pepper, celery, onions, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Serve on a salad plate.

    2: Paleo Nicoise salad
