After a verbal confrontation with his stepfather Ralph and having been grounded unable to visit his girlfriend now at the age of sixteen having snack out his bedroom window he ask her to leave with him but she refused however, at sixteen he was a runaway out of California had made his way to Arizona and was bumming around in Tucson area nearly three years.
He had just turned nineteen when having taken a street bus his destiny or was it merely good fortune that brought him to the Spartan trailer park, ambling around the trailer park after talking to one of its residents he discovered the location of the managers trailer and went there to inquire if she might by chance have some work that he could do to earn some money.
Patricia Ramsey's, a widow having lost her husband Danny who had a massive coronary arrest taken his life and having taken him from her three years ago she was a lonely widow with a huge responsibility for this trailer park now left to run it by herself without her departed husband's help, a stringent unhappy person having to exert her authority as the landlord to the tenants of the park who disrespected her for the most part as she unlike the respect they had shown for her departed husband showing little respect for her as she was a woman.
Agreeing to give him an opportunity to prove himself he did so admirably.
Pleased with his work she hires him on this her maintenance man, neither of them realizing at the time that he would end up being her maintenance man when they were in bed and when they were working, she a satisfied well cougar!
