I want to give this book and my royalties to it in equal parts to Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong Un, Salman bin Abdulaziz, Hassan Rouhani, and Abdullah 2 bin Al-Hussein. I want to make it clear that I need to live someplace where society will make the most of my abilities instead of the opposite which is the situation I am currently in. I want to be communist or something similar like militaries offer. I need diplomatic immunity due to the inherent corruption of all judicial systems. I want justice for the crimes committed against me that will never end without the type of help I am speaking of and I am bestowing this ownership so the owners can experience the crime owning this artwork has lead to me experiencing in the hopes of some sort of justice being served for us all.

I will describe what I have learned from many different schools of thought from Qi Gong diet to restaurant style imitation recipes and try to teach you how to lead a life in which the best food you can have is the food you make for yourself. I will go at length into veganism and vegetarianism. I will temper everything with frugality for budget friendliness. This book draws from other diet books I have written and will reuse some of that work while going more in depth in some ways.

The mental process is nutrition basics such as trying to understand what food group your body needs most as well as what mix of food groups your body needs. The good groups are grains, dairy, meat, vegetable, and fruit. Sometimes I had access to food from all the groups to experiment with
