About this ebook
The purpose of this cannabis cookbook is to give procedures for using cannabis in food and get the most out of the healing properties in the marijuana plant. This book has nutritional facts with over 70 recipes all written from scratch and tested for quality and flavor.
All of the recipes are original recipes written and tested by Maria Hartman and Bryan Johnson. It is one of the first books of it's kind to be written. Complete with procedures and nutritional facts for each recipe. The procedures are written to be easy to follow so the novice in the kitchen can create wonderful tasting food without a strong cannabis taste.
We are all familiar with the cannabis plant; we are just now starting to understand the many purposes associated with the herbs use. It was not until recently that scientists began to admit that marijuana has a place in the medical community because of its healing properties.
The Marijuana plant can be used to make clothing, food products, crafts, jewelry, handbags, personal care items, various fabrics, rope, guitar straps, yarn, sweaters, furniture, towels and much more.
This herb has been debated as a treatment for various diseases. There are many health conditions in which marijuana looks like a treatment. For some of these conditions, smoking may be more suitable, if the effect needed is urgent, as smoking works almost instantly. For many others though, the effects of cooking cannabis can be more helpful.

Introduction
The use of appetizer’s go back many years. A lot of people think that appetizers and Hors d'oeuvre’s is the same thing, they are not. Hors d'oeuvre’s meaning is outside the meal while an appetizer is part of the meal. It is served at the beginning of the meal to help stimulate the appetite. What better way to stimulate the appetite than to start with cannabis infused appetizer. There are many good recipes in this book to do just that.
The Romans had many appetizers of all kinds, fish, pasta, sausage and much more. Appetizers are basically the start or beginning of a meal. Appetizers recipes vary around the world, with many different tastes for the palate. In this book we tried to capture some of the different types of tastes from around the world. You will find fish, shellfish, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican and many different types of recipes that will enhance your appetite. We are sure you will find one for a great start to any meal.
Russians since the early 1800’s served there appetizers buffet style. There would be at least one fish, salad or vegetable and one egg. We do not suggest that you would serve each one of these at the beginning of your meal with cannabis in it. Pick one to have the cannabis in and serve the others without. They would include horseradish, ground pepper and mustard to serve with the appetizers.
In recent years appetizers have become much more than just shrimp cocktail, chicken or cheese on a stick. You can turn almost anything into an appetizer. You would just
