They will help you to regain control over your life to the point where you can very easily - stop situations and people from pissing you off or from upsetting you. Trust me, you will feel so much better after you have read all of them, but before that section, here is how I got to that point of wanting to change my life, and some of the experiences that drove me there. I have carried out all of the following over the years, and the transformation within me from how I used to be, to how I am now, is nothing short of miraculous. We each have bestowed upon us something that is called 'free will' and we have a choice in life - to remain negative or to become positive. I liken it to changing a record to a different one - a better one. The 'circuit-board tracking' - or pathways within our brain - when a thought is repeated across them, can be reinforced for the better, or for the worse, depending on how frequently we have that thought.
For example, we can think positive thoughts at will; which will gradually reinforce how good we feel, and this attitude will gradually strengthen until every day in our life is so much brighter and happier than it was previously, or, we can think negatively and pessimistically about things all
