The strategic management process includes a set of managerial decisions and actions which determined the long-term planning and effective performance of superior objectives and goals of the organization. It involves the important things like setting the organization's mission, vision, company or organization profile, external environment, operating industry, multinational analysis, developing objectives, development of strategic analysis and choice and implementing the strategies, to the accomplishment of the long term objectives and short-term objectives and finally control, monitor, guidance and evaluation of organization objectives.
