Defining a change and communication strategy

Being able to identify the business, organisational and communication context in which the project will be implemented and understand what to include when developing an effective change and communication strategy is key to gaining the confidence and support of the leadership teams from the get-go. Let’s take a closer look at what’s involved.

WHAT IS A CHANGE AND COMMUNICATION STRATEGY OR FRAMEWORK?

Well, it’s a high level document to formulate the big picture of your change project, noting your project structure, what key stakeholders are involved and key dates. It is not your activities broken down prescriptively month by month (that’s your change and comms activity plan that you will learn to develop and live by for the remainder of your program).
