    Crawfish Etouffee

    Ready In 30 Minutes

    Makes 6 Servings

    Combine 3 cups of long grain white rice and 6 cups of water in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until rice is tender and water has been absorbed. While the rice is cooking, melt 3/4 cup of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 large chopped onion, and saute until transparent. Stir in 1 clove of chopped garlic, and cook
