Everything we do communicates a specific message to our body. And when transforming your health and physique is your goal, understanding your body's inner language is necessary for long term success. This inner language is what I've termed "BodyTalk."
I started learning the 9 BodyTalk principles when I decided to take my fitness to the next level and compete in Drug Free Natural BodyBuilding. I've always look at my body as my temple so I had worries and reservations because of the many horror stories I read and heard about online of what people have done in order to look incredible on stage. I only have one body, and I wanted to attain high levels in natural bodybuilding but didn't want to compromise my health in the process.
I began searching, researching, and testing theories, principles, and even bodybuilding folklore to see what information was actually valuable and necessary to the process and what wasn't. In this process I began to uncover that getting the body of your dreams boils down to a few principles that have very little to do with how you train in the gym. 70% of the results come from adopting better nutritional habits (like learning about macros) and better lifestyle habits (training less and getting more rest).

- metabolism is the fastest it's ever been
- body fat level stays low without excessive amounts of cardio
- muscle builds at a faster rate
- spend less time in the gym training and more time getting results

BodyTalk will show you the framework necessary in order to align your WANTS with your body's NEEDS. This is a simple process. But simple doesn't mean easy. Consistency is key! By applying these 9 principles you will be able to learn your body on a more intimate level which will enable you to understand what your body's needs are which in turn will help you attain your wants.

Utenge E. Utuk is a Drug Free Natrual Professional Bodybuilder, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Consultant, and Physique Competition Coach. Fitness has always been his passion. So after receiving is BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering, Utenge began to pursue his passion for fitness full time as a personal trainer and nutrition counselor. He began competing in Drug Free Natural Bodybuiling in 2008 and has worked his way up the ranks and won his pro qualifying show in May 2, 2015. He and his wife own and operate Trubody Wellness, LLC. Which is a private wellness studio located in Cinnnaminson, NJ that focuses on personal/small group training, massage therapy, and physical therapy.

We’ve been lied to...
In most cases the lie was not direct, but indirect. So what is the lie? Simply put, it’s that doing a certain ab exercise, using a particular style of treadmill, or even using some fancy workout gadget will get us the body of our dreams.
Like many of you, in my younger years I was very skinny and incredibly weak—a recipe for disaster in my eyes. For years, I tried a number of those miracle working
exercises and machines just to find that the results were less than dream worthy.
While I managed to get stronger, I failed horribly at getting the look I wanted. When I looked in the mirror, I was still skinny. It literally took me five years to gain five pounds. This is what prompted me to truly dedicate myself to figuring out what works, what doesn’t, and why.
I started to make better than average progress, simply because I truly enjoyed training in the gym and working on transforming my body. But I soon realized that it wasn't possible to eat whatever I wanted to and keep my body looking the way I wanted it to look. In college, I learned first hand that just eating whatever, whenever and training hard in the gym doesn’t get you that coveted beach body. I found myself fluffing up
unexpectedly. But it wasn't until I decided to do my first bodybuilding competition that I realized my years of struggling to really transform my body were due to my lack of knowledge about proper nutrition and the role it played in the body transformation process.
After years of trial and error, I learned how to use nutrition to not only maximize the growth of muscle but also how to use it to eliminate unwanted body fat. And now, after years of competing in drug free & tested natural bodybuilding, I can say that I’ve been awakened from the dream of the lie.
It is now my goal to help others wake up
by bringing you this ebook, containing over 15 years of information gained through trial and error and in-depth research on the subject of nutrition, summarized and simplified into nine major principles.
