Whether you choose to incorporate juicing into your day-to-day life or simply plan to take a long juice fast to clear out your system, these juicing and smoothie recipes will help you unlock the secret to great health.
Chapter 1- What Is Juicing?
Increasingly, juicing is becoming a more popular health trend due to its range of health benefits, flexibility of mixtures, and ease of consuming daily dietary requirements. Juicing is a great way to get your daily serving of fruits and vegetables, which provides you with the vitamins and nutrients that help fight cardiovascular disease, cancer and many inflammatory diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
Fruits and vegetables are also believed to strengthen your immune system, protect you against cellular damage, and encourage weight-loss.
