Women are more overwhelmed than ever. With expectations at home and at work mounting, with their own goals and desires in life, and demands coming at them from every corner of the world, women are feeling the pressure to be more and do more than ever before. They are told that they can have it all, and many women are striving for just that. That’s where this book comes in. No matter what people tell you, you cannot have it all and do it all. But that doesn’t mean that you have to give things up. It means that you should organize your life around those things that are most important to you and say no to things that are meaningless. This book will also give you productivity ideas, time management skills, and other helpful tips to have time for everything that is important to you.

Having it all is a myth. It leads to women who are depressed, stressed out, and frustrated when they try to do everything. They feel that they should be saying yes to everything, even when their heart wants to say no. Women are lured into believing the idea that having it all means being everything to everyone. They think it means making sure everyone is happy, but put their own happiness aside.

Instead, I have learned that having it all means choosing what it is that you want. It means setting goals, focusing on priorities, and getting rid of all the things in life that do not fit with those things. Having it all really means focusing on the things you want the most, those things that will make you happy. Having it all means you
