About this ebook
Clutter is basically a collection of things that are disorganized or untidy. It can be an excess of useless possessions or items that you have not yet put to use. Clutter is usually thought of as physical, but did you know it can also be mental, emotional and financial? Clutter is really an expression of what is going on, in the inside of you. No matter what the reason is for the clutter, one thing that is common to all people with a clutter problem, or what I call "clutterpillars", is that the clutter weighs them down, slows them down and makes it difficult for them to achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations. I want to help you transform into the person who can achieve all of their desires. Come with me and transform from a "clutterpillar" to a "declutterfly"…

Declutterfly - Tabitha Pearle
INTRODUCTION
ILIKE TO IMAGINE SOMEONE WHO has a life full of clutter, as what I call a clutterpillar
, crawling around spending his or her life pushing, pulling and carrying clutter this way and that way but never really achieving anything until one day it decides to do something different, it decides to munch away at the clutter instead. The clutterpillar wants to be something more, it wants to grow wings and get off the ground into the sky above. It clears enough space, munching through the clutter, so much so that it is now able to grow, no longer weighed down by the piles of oppressive clutter. The presence of this new space causes it to undergo metamorphosis and one day it emerges with its desired wings, having changed from a clutterpillar into a very impressive declutterfly
.
Clutter can affect our lives in many ways such as our health, our happiness, our relationships, our weight, our finances, our jobs, and our mental health. If you can name it then it can be affected directly or indirectly by a cluttered life.
How much time have you lost in just the past week due to clutter? You may not have identified that the clutter in your life was the reason for that wasted time but how many times have you had to search for your keys? What about your shoes? That assignment that you were sure you placed on the table? What about the mental clutter? How much time has it cost you? How many nights have you found yourself lying in bed staring at the ceiling because your mind was racing pointlessly, full of unsorted thoughts?
Clutter can cause so many problems, such as stress which can lead to high blood pressure and even heart problems. It can even cause us to turn to food to feel better about our lives which often leads to obesity.
It can cause embarrassment for our families if the clutter is in our homes. Imagine how hard it is for your children to try to explain to their friends why they cannot ask them into their home or spend the night because they don’t want people to see how they live. Homes are supposed to be safe, warm, and comforting environments for our families, too much clutter will produce the exact opposite.
When we are struggling with clutter, it is more difficult for us to find the things that we need in order to complete the tasks that need to get done. This causes us to be far less productive than we should be. If this were to happen occasionally, it would not be a big deal however, when we struggle with clutter, our productivity is reduced dramatically all or at least most of the time.
Employers know that when a person is disorganized or struggles with clutter, they are not going to be productive workers. A person who struggles with clutter will miss work seven times more than a person who is organized. Studies have shown that employers are far less likely to offer any type of promotion to a person whose work area is cluttered.
Not only can clutter affect you at work, but it can affect your finances in other ways as well. When you cannot find your bills to pay them, you end
