The Path to Inner Harmony - arther d rog
INTRODUCTION
Others have frequently asserted that your surroundings affect how busy your mind is. Yet, things could potentially turn out differently. When your head fills with duties to complete, meetings to attend, and all the stress you are experiencing, so will your space.
Your workspace may be disorganized if you are working on a project that calls for a lot of information to be available simultaneously. But, the same work environment will make you anxious and hinder your productivity.
Our lives are negatively impacted by clutter. The clutter in our immediate environment is a sign of the clutter inside our minds. When you are anxious and stressed out for a long time, look around you. Does the mess you're seeing reflect how you're feeling?
Seeing the clutter around you is the first step to turning your chaotic world down to a tranquil one. Understanding your mental and physical clutter will help you determine what has to be cleared away in order to regain your tranquility.

Defining Clutter: Understanding What Stresses You Out
There is clutter everywhere. That is evident in your home, where dishes are stacking up in the sink or the rubbish drawer. It is evident at work due to how messy your desk is. Clutter can be apparent through the piles of clothing on your floor or the mountain of unread mail. With all the anxious thoughts you're having, you can even see it in your head.
Simply described, clutter is a jumble of objects that are dispersed around your environment with no apparent order. Some people might think of clutter as having lots of decorations and items about your area. Although this is true, the type of clutter we are referring about is different. Instead, we are discussing the mess-causing clutter that results in a disordered mindset.
As more and more items are added to the heaps, clutter accumulates over time.
Clutter may appear as:
A junk drawer stuffed with items you haven't seen in a long time.
Clothes piles that persist since you haven't done your laundry
Objects that you no longer use being crammed into various rooms in your home
Possessing a variety of objects because you need to buy replacements for things you lose
Dishes that accumulate in the sink until there are none left.
Your home is so disorganized that it will be challenging to clean up before visitors arrive.
