    Transformations – A Guided Journal - Zoe-Anne Fields

    Conclusion

    Introduction and Acknowledgements

This guided journal is prepared with the hope that it may assist your development on a physical, interpersonal, mental, emotional and spiritual level. It will help you to work on your relationship with yourself and your fellow beings, on inner conflicts, unconscious impulses and destructive habits leading to further self-realization and unity with life. By working through each day for the duration of 40 weeks your perceptions will have shifted, you will have more insight and understanding about your feelings and you will begin to feel transformed. A transformation that will herald a new life; you will feel reborn.

It is no coincidence that the duration of this journal is 40 weeks; (The gestation period of a human child) as the outcome will be a rebirth. This journal develops a holistic view of life and draws the participant to question and develop their perceptions about the world.

In writing this guide I have revisited many ideas and questions I myself have discovered on my own journey to unravel the purpose of my life. I am profoundly grateful to many New Age and ancient writers and thinkers who have helped shape my understanding and insights. To my family and most importantly my daughter Carrie-Anne Fields, I am deeply indebted to you for your support and direction in shaping my spiritual life.

The format of this journal has weekly themes and daily insights, with questions for you to answer. My hope is for you the user of the journal, to find your eternal wisdom and connection through following your own Soul.

    Week 1.

    Soul Connection.

The Soul is the essence of you that is eternally connected to Universal Awareness. It vibrates with energy that is connected to the purest form of Consciousness.

    Day 1.

In innocence you (your soul) connected and was one with the Eternal. You are forever a part of the Whole and are held and supported by Infinite Wisdom. Do you relate to this concept?

    Day 2.

Absolute awareness is a state of complete understanding and insight – a state of knowing that our connection to the Eternal is forever, for nothing is destroyed, it only changes form.

    What do you think?

    Day 3.

Ultimate Vibrational Energy – The perception of the realm of Purity. The evolution of our Universe and of humans points to the pursuit of increased consciousness. Will we eventually return to the Source?

    Day 4.

Connection to Source – This is the essence beyond time and space – in the nebula before the establishment of matter, the Source of being was present. Do you connect to this at some level of your knowing?

    Day 5.

No suffering exists in the realm of Source – suffering exists due to our perceptions – by developing our perceptions through insight and understanding, suffering is no longer present. Does your inner knowing sense this?

    Day 6.

Suffering causes fear – fear is transposed when perceptions change – when fear is removed you begin to vibrate at a higher rate more closely aligned to Source. Do you sense a truth is this concept?

    Day 7.

Into the realm of now, the space/time paradigm, you appeared. Before you were born where were you? Ponder the seemingly imponderable and you will begin to awaken to the insight of why you took form. Do you believe we are random expressions of matter or are we somehow connected to greater understanding/consciousness?

    Week 2.

    Birth.

Birth is the process of taking form and being filled with the breath of life.

    Day 1.

A journey of discovery. Your level of self-love is so profound at birth, you demand everything in your universe. Do you have any recollections of your birth? Talk to your Mum about your own birth if you can.

    Day 2.

    Sense of smell.

The world is full of smells for our delight, as well as for our survival. Take time to remember the myriad smells you love, and the smells you dislike. What are some of your memories about smell? Do certain smells elicit feelings?

    Day 3.

    Sense of touch.

Can you remember your first touch? What are your responses to touch? Take time today to touch someone with love and honour.

    Day 4.

    Sense of taste.

What taste brings you pleasure? Are we attracted to sweet things when we need comforting, as our first taste was Mother’s or a formula milk which is sweet?

    Day 5.

    Sense of sound.

Can you remember the sound of nurture? Your Mother’s voice? It is said that the closest sound to where we felt most nurtured (in the womb) is beside the gentle rolling waves of the ocean. Can you hear the waves?

    Day 6.

    Sense of sight.

How do you remember your most memorable sight? Describe your most memorable place. Take the time to ‘see’ the vision of your dreams.

    Day 7.

    Our sensual self.

Take time out to respect and acknowledge your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self. Once you begin to honour your own unique make-up, to stop and feel your own essence you can discover missing parts of your
