As a child, Vilma Reynoso grew up consuming her father’s Argentine barbecues every Sunday. Usually ill with colds as a child, she suffered from chronic sinus problems, asthma and respiratory ailments, and was overweight. As a young adult, she suffered with horrible PMS, fibroids, chronic fatigue, anxiety, mood swings, asthma, intestinal problems, sinusitis, foggy thinking, and even depression. After evaluating her health and the deaths of both her parents due to heart disease, she became motivated to change her life, one step at a time. She slowly began to change her diet from meat-based to vegetarian, then to vegan, and finally to mostly raw vegan. Healed from all the above ailments, she has never looked back!
