    Self-hypnosis changed my life, and it can change yours too. The book intrigued you for a reason if you believe in the concept of synchronicity. Whatever your reason, I’m happy that you’re here. We all use some form of self-hypnosis is our everyday lives, whether we realize it or not. We are all hypnotized to some extent all of the time but we just don’t realize it. Marketing and advertising, television, movies, the radio, and even the people hypnotize us. The subconscious mind is much like a preprogrammed car on autopilot. It will take the familiar road, whether you want to go there or not. It has no ability to steer itself in a new direction, because it follows whatever is programmed into it over time.

    The subconscious mind is like a giant sponge, absorbing everything around it. Everything you have ever done in your life is part of the absorption process. Imagine that for a moment. Our lives are a reflection of our subconscious mind, so in many respects, you attract into your life whatever it is you generate. This is a profound statement if you think about it. You reap what you sow and you are what you think you are in life. Whatever kind of energy you are putting out into the world comes right back to you in many respects, thanks to your beautiful subconscious mind. In other words, thoughts really do become things.

    All hypnosis is self-induced, because no one can be hypnotized against his or her will. Hypnosis is an amazing and incredible tool that can help you unlock your potential. Hypnosis does not have to be a complicated and expensive process. You don’t really need to go out and purchase fancy CD’s or recordings. All you really need is the desire and the motivation to make changes. This simple little book can show you how to do that, in terms you can understand.
