The narrator is very slow and does not recognize a period or comma.

The book is good if you can suffer through a terrible narrator. I have listened to all of the books in this series and this narrator has the most annoying voice out of any of them so far. She sounds like she is reading while her kids are asleep beside her. She totally misses the confidence that is portrayed by other narrators when reading Jessie's parts. Her Captain Decker voice makes me want to rupture my own eardrums. I seriously considered skipping this book in the series because her reading is distracting. She clearly hasn't read or listened to any of the other books in the series because she missed her mark on all of the regular characters. It would have been nice if they stuck with the same narrator for every book, and not this lady!

Stick to a non whispering narrator. This is the 2nd book I have skipped.

Had a hard time listening to the reader of this one. The one previous to her was excellent. Otherwise good story
