A Beautifully Delightful Story! Fabulous Narration & Audiobook Listen ???

I loved everything about this frenemies to lovers romance novel, from Ayla Asher’s wonderful writing style to the fabulous characters and storylines she created to the perfectly cast narrators who brought it all to life from the pages to my ears. It is great to be back in Arbor Creek again, it has become one of my favorite fictional town, the world building is phenomenal and Ms. Asher definitely created something special in that town and that would be the people and that tight-knit circle of friends, these characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with, they are easy to fall for and care about too. Chad Hanson loves being the Mayor of Ardor Creek, he has never found a special someone to share his life because no one matches that love. He finds his dates and one-night stands on dating and hook up apps, which he is perfectly happy with. Chad does not have many regrets, but he is not proud of what he did to Abby Miller in High School, his name calling destroyed her and ruined the rest of her school year. Abby left Ardor Creek soon after and after college she had a successful career in Washington, DC, as a political adviser. She decided it was time for her to step out from behind the scenes and run for office herself, not any office but the Mayors Office in Ardor Creek which she has every intention of winning and being the first female Mayor of Ardor Creek, the bonus is the payback to Chad for what he had done to her the last election they faced together, the one in H.S. Chad does not recognize Abby when he first sees her but it does not take him long to realize who she is. I loved how everything plays out in this charming small town romance, the story is beautifully plotted and contains a whole lot of heart. Ayla Asher, thank you for another wonderful story and emotional rollercoaster ride, I loved every minute of it.

??? And for the wonderful narration, Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross are talented narrators and versatile voice artists. They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, gave each a voice that suited their character’s persona to a tee, sounding believable in every role they played and just as I pictured the characters to sound. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and projected them into their performance. This dynamic duo are entertaining storytellers and their duet performance enhances an already awesome story another level. Thank you for another fabulous listen, it is always a pleasure to listen to your work.

? When I got the chance to listen to the audiobook of Resolutions Embraced, I jumped at it because HELLO it's Wen Ross and Kai Kennecott! ?
? This perfect couple narrated all the previous books in the Ardor Creek series and another series I really liked by Ayla Asher. ?

? I love their chemistry so much. ? Something in their voices together and in their chemistry just amazed me, and only after I interviewed them for my blog did I discover that they are a married couple in reality! ?‍❤️‍?
? Needless to say, I was insanely excited because this is a couple that narrates couples who fall in love and are they are actually a couple in love - is there anything more charming than that? ?

? Abby returned to Ardor Creek, the place where she was humiliated in high school by none other than Chad Hanson - the current mayor of Ardor Creek. ?
?? Abby decides to run for mayor and defeat Chad to get revenge for what he did to her in high school.
?‍❤️‍? None of them expected the sparks that flew between them and that they actually have a common language that not everyone understands.?

? Something about the fact that the girl who was bullied and the boy who was the bully grows up and falls in love makes it so romantic, magical, unique, and charming. ✨

? I felt the full range of emotions of Abby and Chad in the voices of Wen and Kai.
I felt the pain and the frustration; I felt the love and the fears. And most importantly, I felt forgiveness and remorse. ?

? Such good narrators turn the world of literature into a world that is almost becoming a reality! You can feel the characters' emotions; you feel like you're not just hearing them but also seeing them, laughing with them, eating with them, and falling in love with the characters along with them.
