Another goody by Josh Landon. Well, noting would ever surpass the utter perfection of Adrien English in my list, but damn.

This was my first Josh Lanyon book and it will be the first of many! This was a small town FBI serial killer crime drama that really keeps you guessing. Agent West from the FBI Art Crimes unit is a basically assigned to spy on babysit older Agent Kennedy who caught the original serial killer this crime looks like. The relationship between them starts off grumpy, then gets sexy, and then becomes a heartwarming equal partnership of respect and crime solving.

I listened to the book on Scribd. Narrator Kale Williams did an excellent job. I like how he made Kennedy sound a bit like Nicholas Cage or Batman.

Excellent mystery series. I loved the two MCs and Kale Williams is a really good narrator. I especially like is voice for Sam Kennedy, reminds me of Clint Eastwood. I'm looking forward to listening to the rest of the series.
