The series starts quite intriguing and exciting. However the last 2 books aren't as I had expected. Sure it tied the lose ends up and gave it a good ending, but then for some reason I had expected more. to me it feels that book 5 and 6 could have been combined into one book.

I absolutely adore the whole universe and the type of magic that is depicted.
As I already said for other books of the series, there is consistency in the story and so many charming details like the "beast".
The narrator is also great.

What a wild ride. Kat is dead and has escaped the Mother of All. But now being back on Earth in the hereafter without her bond mate’s touch they’ll fade and die but she has to find another god, die again and save the world.
